Sadh is the man it was easy book to understand and very informative plus reading his books was cheaper than going to c him live and plus he also helps u understand that life is in ur hands.

I bought these for my husband who is a recovering alcoholic and he with these books, he has found the ability to have peace of mind and a new way of thinking on his path of recovery.
