Fit great but the fabric isn't a heavy has the original cover or the 1st replace canopy. Wish they were more water repellent. Please make one like that again many people are looking for them

We bought one and it leaked just thought it was a defect, we sent it back and they sent us another one and this one leaks as well . I’m not sure if we are just having some bad luck or if this is just a defect in the product .If you buy one I would recommend not putting anything under it that you don’t care to get wet. Our gas fire pit was sitting full of water again and all the furniture is soaked :(

I don't often write reviews but am pleasantly surprised that this cover fit, is a great color and seems to be of good quality. It took about 10 minutes to put it up and we're very happy with the results.

The seams on the canopy were pulled and you can see straight through them. When it rains, water pours through seams. You definitely cannot sit under it when it rains or you and everything under the canopy will be wet. I have purchased 2 of the same ones and did not have this problem. I spoke with Customer Service and was denied replacement! I will never buy from this company again!

I have replaced my gazebo covering a few times (they only last a few years), BUT..... this one was the nicest one I have gotten!!!! Also, finally had other colors beside tan..... my house is grey, so I ordered the grey.... looks awesome!!!!

Made it almost a year but some ripped on one side where it attaches to the metal frame. Also a lot of stress marks in the fabric. Had a cheaper version from another vendor that lasted 2 years so I will probably go back to their version.

The large canopy fits perfectly! We had to tuggle with it to get the last corner on, as it's a very snug fit. Once on, it was beautiful again! My only frown was that the smaller canopy has some slack but it's not highly noticeable. So, I didn't worry about it. Overall, it's a great replacement (color, fit, and durability) for the original which was damaged by fall and winter winds. This material looks and feels stronger. It has held up great so far over our rainy summer!

Fit perfectly not as thick as the original but the fit is perfect

I installed my replacement canope in June and it already is showing signs of tears. Not happy. Want to return itAlso isn't the same as in the photo. The one I received doesn't have the dark brown skirt and it's thinner. Very disappointed.

was able to install with a little help but no instructions in the box, also it didnt have the hooks so you better keep your old hooks. the rain drips through the stitching around the top canopy so im not impressed by that. will try to spray waterproof on fabric but shouldnt have to.
