It was good for awhile.
I ordered replacement filter. Spent like $160. Still have not received it. Calling the Customer service 1800 number is fake and is obviously not intended to have someone pick up a call. and the email on the website is fake and doesn’t even exist

We have done lots of research on all types of office coolers out there and Mojo cooler has won the contest: very durable, well designed cooler and most importantly their filters actually clean out the water as no other cooler out there today (at least, nothing we found). We got this cooler for our office to replace one of those Hinkley water coolers. We got tired of having water delivered, paying for it monthly and just wanted a permanent solution that will save money, be convenient and environmentally friendly. The cooler looks great. Shipped well packaged and easy to install (we have a guy at the office who did it). The water tastes amazing and clean. The hot water is great for teas and coffees that we make in the morning. Overall, this products gets high rating from all of us here at the office.

Mojowater apparently is out of businesd
Mojo Water is either out of business or are crooks, bought one of the Frost units 10 months ago and the cooler (compressor) quit. Just a month before it quit, I ordered two filters from them, I've NEVER received the filters but was charged $89 for them. Ive tried calling both their 800# and their direct number, and all you get is voicemail. Now the cooler has crapped out and it supposedly has a 1 year warranty but if they don't respond to calls OR to email at hello@mojowater, this is now pretty much a huge waste of money. STAY AWAY!!

It works. However, after 2-3 months, we still smell burns when the water was heating. And we hear it when water is heating.

Do NOT Buy!
We have had this machine in our office for about 3 months and have been having issues with it for 2 months now. The problem: the switch to hot/cold water is not working properly, often time if you choose cold HOT water comes out.I have called and sent numerous emails to customer service for over month now and have gotten no where. Now they have stop even responding totally. Terrible, Terrible customer service.I'm ready to return the cooler.

It was a very good business decision and the whole staff really likes it
I bought the Frost for my office to replace the traditional gallon jug water cooler. I’m the owner of the company and it was always my responsibility to replace the jug when emptied. I have to say that this has made my life so much easier. No more lifting and no stress, no more water delivery service. It was a very good business decision and the whole staff really likes it. The height is great and it’s very functional.

Great product, great service
The water cooler initially had an issue with the floater. Their support replied to my inquires very promptly. It turns out my water supply's pressure was too high. MOJO water's customer support was really helpful and even provided a pressure regulator, the issue was resolved after installing the regulator. I am very satisfied with both the product and customer service. Highly recommended!
