The Trinity Alps Companion: Hiking Trails and Angling Tales in the California Wilderness Paperback – January 9, 2009

This is a very well written book including all kinds of different information about the Trinitys. It is also in color; the first edition of this book was in black-and-white

I really like this book. It isn't a "turn left here, climb 2 miles, welcome to knock-knock lake." This book has some good stories about the Alps and the fishing that can be expected, history behind places like Bob's Farm, etc.I expected this book to be something else, but I'm glad it isn't.

Great for exploring the Trinity Alps and I love the format

This book had excellent information about the trinity alps and was of great help to me and my friend who spend one week in the alps exploring lakes with no official trails to and from.
