Thanks!I ordered these for 80 Day Obsession. The slides are great, but I'm still not decided on the bands. The gray one ripped after the first workout... I know this happens, but on the first day? The greater resistance bands are obviously thicker, but they are still intact. They do roll, but that seems to be a learning curve and common with all bands you buy.

These sliders do not work on a smooth concrete basement floor.*edited review: Added an additional star for the company's dedication to customer service. Although these didn't work for me, they gave me a full refund and sent me a free set to give away as a gift. I bought the Beach Body version of these, and they barely work on my floor. I'm concluding that the issue is my floor and not these discs.

I purchased this for Beachboy's 80 Day Obsession after returning the ones I purchased from Beachboy cause the "booties" kept slipping off the sliders. I workout on a rubber mat floor and they just were not working. I have been using these and they are great and a fraction of the cost to boot. They are very well constructed, not flimsy.....I'm a avid exerciser and these have stood the test, I highly recommend them.

There were so many sets like this on Amazon but I purchased this one because it came with its own bag and because the price was right. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Each individual band had its own packaging. The grey band (light resistance) is so thin that it curls up on my ankles or legs when I am using it, which is annoying, but it does work. I didn't have that issue with the other two bands (medium and heavy resistance), and they were great! The bands seem to be decently made and had better resistance than I expected. The sliders work well also. I have carpet and I haven't had any problems with them. I feel they were decently made also. I really liked that the set came with a carrying bag to keep everything together. It even has room for other things if you need.

I previously used a laminated flattened box in previous workouts for sliding workouts but I now needed loops so why not get the slides too.Currently using for Beachbody's A Little Obsessed and will continue for 80 Day Obsessed.When I first received them my first thought was these slides are small. How it this going to work with my big feet? But of course it does. You're usually only using the ball of your foot or heel. One time so far, my foot slipped slightly so my foot was no longer on the slide, but that was more to do with my hamstrings were burning and I wanted the set over with.Works on carpets as described. Not sure about other floor types.

THESE ARE AMAZING!!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for resistance bands and sliding disks bc these do the job!! Also this company is one of the best I have ever purchased from the seller is so quick to respond to ANY and ALL questions! I would give 100 ⭐️ if could. I love my Borchent Core Sliders. They are so easy to use, with the inclusive instruction manual I downloaded from Borchent.com. Even if you are just starting out in fitness, the exercise guide is very easy to understand. There are so many different excercises to challenge your entire body. I incorporate the Core Sliders into my fitness routine of weights, cardio and yoga.The high quality of the Sliding Discs was impressive. Much so, in fact, that I ordered another set for a friend.The resistance band set and the slider bag were appreciated as well. Am very happy with my purchase. These are excellent products! I take them to the gym with me and use it there, as well as at home.

The Sliders are a great quality, there is a foam/rubberes side to keep your sneakered feet in place and the plastic side glides smoothly on my tiled floor, I’m sure it’s great for carpeted floors. I am very please with the simple design but high quality of the product and easy to clean plastic side the touches the floor.The resistance bands are great! I use the light resist for arm and thigh exercises slowly gravitating to medium and hard resistance bands but they are all great quality, sturdy rubber and don’t feel like I can easily snap them.I recommend this purchase for any and every one, 100%
