Could fall asleep on it, but don't
Been suffering with back pain for many years due to time at desks and computers, so this is incredible to just lay on and feel the stretch of cramped muscles and feel your spine relax back into its proper position. Though, it is extremely difficult to put the different settings in, but once they're in they feel very stable and secure.

Very difficult to use
The plastic board is very difficult to bend so it's really hard to adjust. The foam thing in the middle is also rubbish and doesn't for properly. Cracked my back nicely though.
