Because of COVID-19 our gym closed and I wanted something for a good workout at home. This stepper works great. There is a "learning curve" so start out with just a few minutes and work up. Ski poles are helpful if you have trouble maintaining balance.

Cheap piece of junk. Poorly made. One screw wouldn't fit in base because it wasn't aligned. The whole thing feels unstable.The monitor is loose and doesn't work. No return policy so I totally wasted my money.

This is a typical Chinese factory product. They know how to build a tough machine but don't have any health experts attached to the product to know how to build a good health exercise machine.It's heavy and tough but bottoms out very rough. It's just a hydraulic piston bottoming out. No dampening and very hard on your knees. The range is pretty short too so you're just making very small steps. The hydraulics also have a lot of play before engaging so while you're switching foot, it wobbles before having pressure.

Excellent portable piece of equipment. Was looking for piece of cardio equipment for apartment until gym reopens. This product is well built and provides decent workout at reasonable price. Only thing I would change is to add resistance levels at this only has one level

All you need to do when you get it is screw in the base but the cheap plastic base (one of them) came with the screw tunnel broken on one of the parts.

I like this sturdy and quite exercise equipment .You can use it while watching TV, listening music or on the phone with someone. No installation required , easy to move on and doesn't take up much space like other equipment. Very happy with this purchase.

Don't waste your money. Very disappointed. I paid a lot more money and invested in a Bowflex M5 and am happy I did so. Don't waste your time or energy as this won't do anything for you. Zero resistance.

Use this stepper for a while, I have to say this is great. Very easy to use, no installation needed. Inexpensive and quiet. LCD Monitor is plus. so far, I am very happy with this.
