GREAT storage solutions for all those loose batteries
Really love this purchase! Been looking for a storage solution for my family’s collection of batteries, both new and used. Was tired of digging through plastic storage boxes only to find that some batteries had leaked, some had less power than others, and new ones somehow got mixed with old ones. Found this great storage box from Zes-Good for a great price and it even came with a battery checker! BONUS! Love that it’s fireproof and can contain the batteries safely even if they happen to somehow combust. The pluck foam is thick and holds the batteries in oled every well, keeping them nicely spaced and separated. Would be better if the bottom of the box under the foam had a layer of hard plastic to keep all the barriers from sinking down into the foam too much, but it’s fine the way it is. The small plastic storage boxes (included) were also a plus, holding the overflow of AA or even AAA batteries that don’t fit in the foam or for quick packing to take on a camping trip or other grab-and-go needs. All in all, very pleased with this purchase!

Holds a ton of batteries
This case holds a ton of batteries. The capacity is a bit misleading when you see the pictures but once you start putting in the batteries you realize how many it actually holds. One drawback I did notice is that it doesn't hold that many D size batteries. I end up having a semi-opened pack of batteries I have to keep around because not all the left overs will fit in the foam holes. I love the mesh top because you can store other things there. One of the best parts is the batter tester. I can use it to see if the batteries I'm replacing actually need to be replaced. One usage suggestion I'd have is when you, for instance, go to put in your first load of AA batteries simply remove all the foam plugs for AA batteries. Load from the top left and continue till you run out of batteries. Then when you use them use from the top left and fill new batteries from the bottom across. That way you know where you new batteries leave off and the older ones begin. Once you complete the section with new batteries fill from the top down. Another suggestion would be to simply throw out the pulled out plugs. You can't put them back so there's no use in keeping them.I ordered two and gave one to my father-in-law. He LOVES to organize things and really likes to see his batteries all perfectly set out like this. All in all a great idea and when you need to find batteries you will find them all in one place with everything you need at your finger tips.

Great way to transport batteries!
I wanted a sturdy case to carry my RC batteries and I wanted it to be fire safe too as I have accumulated a lot of Lithium Polymer batteries which can catch fire if mishandled. They can be quite dangerous so a fireproof case is a must!Although this particular model was meant to contain regular AA, AAA, C and D cell batteries as well as 9 volters and some button batteries, the foam inserts can be cut to accommodate my LIPO flat packs.I like that the case is fireproof and has a sturdy plastic frame around the inside perimeter for protection. The case opens like a suitcase and the large side carries the batteries in the foam inserts and the other side has a netting over it and opens with a zipper to store chargers, usb cables or whatever as well as the included battery tester. If you need only to store and organize your regular alkaline type batteries, there are many cutouts provided in the foam to do so. You just pull out the foam insert that fits your battery type and insert the battery to be stored. All in all, this is a great way to carry batteries with you and being able to test your batteries with the handy tester and keep them safely stored in a fireproof container.

I finally know where all my batteries are -- or should be
This is a nice tool to be hyper organized in your battery storage. Plus there's some fire protection.Positives:• If you're willing to remove all your batteries from their packages and put them in this holder, you can feel very organized.• All your batteries are in one place.• The little plastic cases are a nice addition.• It comes with a rudimentary battery tester. I checked it against my voltmeter, and I agree that if it's in the yellow section, it's about time to recharge it or throw it away.Negatives:• It doesn't have room for those weird, new 3.7 volt, rechargeable batteries that are like a tall, skinny C battery.• The fire resistance isn't enough for LiPo.Other• I was surprised that the battery cutouts were not removed as delivered. I was a little confused about what I was looking at initially. I thought there might be two layers or something. But no, you just need to remove all the cutouts.• It would be nice to have some larger slots to store other stuff, but I can probably cut those out myselfOther thoughts on LiPo batteries:I initially bought this battery case to use with some LiPo batteries because it is somewhat fire resistant. The description says "Battery organizer storage box is made of high quality non-itchy silicone coated fiberglass which is resistant to high temperature 2000°F (1093°C)." It is also UL94 VTM-0 certified and ROHS IE62321 certified. I researched those certifications and put my findings further below. However, my conclusion is that I don't think it's flame-resistant enough to survive a LiPo battery fire. With that said, it never claimed to be a LiPo battery holder. It's a super organized normal battery holder.
