Sound quality is very good. The flexible part is a little weak and doesn't maintain its shape well, but Lenovo makes good products and this is one of them.

I bought it just to use it with my laptop, but It didn't pair with my Lenovo laptop!

This is a durable one. This headphone literally does nothing in terms of noise cancellation. But if that is not an issue for you, go for it. I have been using it for over 10 months and it's running well.

Super light and flexible! The lightest Bluetooth neck band I've ever owned. I dont even feel it on me. the size is alot smaller than the picture which is plus cause you don't want bulk around your neck. the diameter is about same size of a pencil. The flexibility of it contours to you for more comfort and prevents the band from bouncing around while you work out but this only last an 30 mins then it opens up. For the price, the sound and voice call quality is not the best but not the worst. I wanted these to have a usb type c port for charging. I'm returning mine because it has Bluetooth connectivity issues. Doesn't connect.

lenovo is always consistent.key to keeping me as a customer.they always deliver and exceed expectiations.considering this a lower market item compared to some more favorable and def expensive brands.. for this price and the quality of the sound was phenominal.surely a steal.if youre on a budget, and want convience.this is it .

Maybe mine was defective but the volume on phone calls is so low that it’s downright unusable, even with the volume on the phone and headset both turned all the way up. It worked fine for music but I need to be able to use it for phone calls too.
