Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000 - Blood Angels Mephiston

This was a gift for someone and they were absolutely over the moon when they opened it. Came in perfect condition and looked great!

Shipped in a padded envelope which was a really bad idea. Genuine product, but the thing arrived flattened, and the sprue was quite warped as a result. It looks like the mini itself is intact fortunately but I'm not confident I won't find any nasty surprises when I go to assemble it...

An excellent model with two poses. Finally a new model for him that does him justice.

Awesome sculpt, but why's his hair not flowing if the wind too?

Great looking model but be prepared for a LOT of clean up and patching. There were several significant gaps once the entire model was put together including a huge gap on the left hip where the front and back panels met. Those aren't a huge deal since they're relatively hidden and can easily be patched with some green stuff but the biggest issue is the mold lines. Maybe it was just my model but this had the absolute WORST mold lines of any Warhammer model I have assembled and some of them are nearly impossible to clean without damaging the details of the figure since they run right along fine details, this was most pronounced with the backpack which has a mold line running right along a row of tiny little spikes that you are almost guaranteed to damage if you try cleaning the mold line from between them.This might not be an issue with ever single one of these models, maybe mine was pressed using a mold near the end of its lifespan, but it is a serious pain.
