As of right now, I personally only have a single complaint. I wish the base on my specific mic actually screwed all the way in. I had to really jam the threads to get the main part of the stand to go into the base. and even then I could only get a few threads in. Beyond that I am very happy with this mic. It is usb so the sound is not as good as XLR mics, but at literally half to a quarter of the price and not requiring the extra mixer to help get that sound quality, I have no problems with how good it sounds. Having come from a really cheap pair of headphones, this mic is unbelievably better especially if you are looking to start streaming as I am. One thing I would like to see from the manufacturer is an option to get this mic with a boom arm. For those with smaller desks, the included stand is quite intrusive. Obviously it would have to come at a higher cost, but personally I think the added cost is worth it. The shock mount that comes in the box is nice and fit the mic perfectly. The overall package that arrived felt heavy, which gave a feeling of the product being premium. And it felt on the more premium side of the spectrum. Like I said, my only complaint is I wish the base on mine actually screwed in to the base like it should. However I imagine that is not something that everyone has to deal with, especially if you are already looking for as boom arm to pair this mic with.

The pole for the stand is difficult to screw into the base; the threads don't align easily.It does plug and play, but at least on first use you have to wait about 10-15 minutes for it to be recognized. (At least I did.)Excellent chat customer service tech support! Highly recommend them. I didn't try the phone customer service, but there is an option for that as well.

I wanted to make some videos and didn't have a microphone. I wanted it to look good and work well, but I didn't want to break the bank. This mike suits the bill.Number one, it looks cool!! I is a pretty sleek design. It also functions pretty well too. I haven't had the time yet to fully test the working of this device, but the mike checks that I've done have been good audio quality. I'm not an audiophile, but it sounds pretty good to me and is better than a lavalier mike that I will constantly knock off my collar. One thing that I'm not a huge fan of is the pop filter. The material is not what I'm used to, but it does do what it is designed to do and filter out the pops, so I think it is just personal preference.Overall, it does the job that I need and it does it pretty well. Youtube here I come!!!

I tried 3 other mics before this one. They had poor sound quality and/or required your mouth to be close to the mic. For whatever reason, the design of this mic allows me to be 2 feet away while maintaining good sound quality. In fact, if I get too close, the sound quality actually decreases. The stand is Chinese pot metal, but is heavy. I hate that this product is from China, but until we return our manufacturing to the US, we will need to deal with it.

I like the design, well packaged and works without issue. One point I need to make is the device used to allow the mic to slip in the mount touches the frame. While this matters little in some respects, the mount is designed to isolate the mic from the frame. These touch the frame. For the price, I can't complain - but it is something to consider if you are OCD.

I have used this microphone for over 5 months and have been very happy.I use the microphone for video conferencing and recording messages for use with a business phone system. I recommend it for both uses.I did have a minor issue and Dschlzy helped resolve the issue very quickly. They stand behind the product and will be there to help if and when you need it.

Just launched my website and a podcast is coming soon. This microphone has been incredible as I've recorded my first few shows. I'm thrilled I was able to invest in this sound equipment at the beginning of my show! The difference between my regular computer sound and this microphone is SO noticeable, and I'm not a professional in the sound department!

I cohost a podcast with three other people. We each do it remotely. As I was listening back one day, I noticed everybody audio sounded better that mine. So, I bought this mic. My audio is so much better now.
