Very attractive and seems well made with one exception. The metal rods that hold the files will not stay put. The bag did come with some screws that I think are supposed to remedy this issue; however, there are no instructions on how or where to install the screws. I'm going to try to figure out how to use the screws and if all else fails will break out some JB Weld.As for other reviews that say hanging folders do not fit - Pendaflex hanging folders do not fit. Blue Summit, Amazon Basics, and Staples letter size folders fit just fine. This is not the only file organizer that I have had a issue with Pendaflex folders fitting in, which is why I no longer buy them.Update: The rods actually do stay if you screw the end caps on and install them right. Updated to 5 stars.

Good looking and sturdy. will hold alot of files. Nice handle to carry files

It appears well made and is attractive. Seems like it would hold up for quite awhile. However, if you want it for hanging file folders, it is about one inch too short. The rods to make it into a container for hanging file folders are under the interior bottom. There are keyhole cutouts at the top of the bag for the rods to fit into. And they do. But standard hanging file folders are too long to fit. I had just bought a whole box of these and now have nothing to hang them in. Will reluctantly return the item. It is attractive, looks impressive.

Love the look and durability seem good also. Just not quite wide enough. Had to cut my hanging files down with scissors to make them hang sideways. Not a problem just alittle extra work I didn’t plan for. Also it would be nice to have a pocket for pens stapler etc on inside or outside.

These are great for everyday filing and make it easy to store and retrieve when ready to use. Highly recommend these file bins.

I still use paper receipts, so this works perfectly for me. Love the color, material and sturdiness.

I bought to use as a file organizer to carry back and forth to work. It was just delivered so not used it yet but cheaply constructed and does not hang file folders well.

Ok love how it's sturdy, elegant, and portable it is as a box to hold stuff from my desk...However, let's get real...it fell short of being an actual hanging file organizer due to not being able to support letter sized file holders. One, no instructions on setting up issued metal bars. Not rocket science, but still lots went wrong getting bars into supposed holes. Two poor measurements and one huge design flaw. any versions of getting the bars to stay in said designated holes..pffff fahgehtaboutit... Three, as a company designer or manufacturer, ( whatever title you are making up) it would be helpful to pay close attention when creating said office file organization box to understand measurements, how files rest in hanging folders, and how your product actually works. Shame it doesn't work as a hanging file holder, but it's a pretty box with handles.
