Starting with a very poorly written manual. Parts are numbered but then referenced to as A,B,C,D,?????You are directed to diagrams that don't exist. Really??? How hard is it to provide clear instructions?Physical deficiencies are as follows;1) No on-board storage of accessories (nozzles, electric cord or soap bottle)2) Poor storage of Wand. The nozzle drags as you move it.3) Unable to switch from soap to rinse until you remove the soap bottle and replace it with the wand.4) Nozzles are color-coded but there is no designation as to how they are to be used.5) You are instructed to attach the hose with the hose connector that also doesn't exist.I will update my review once I am or if I am able to use this.UPDATE 4/17/20I have done more research and decided to return this. I have found a pressure washer with clear instructions, on-board storage of accessories, safe wand storage and soap to rinse with the flip of a switch. I am happy

At first I felt it was too light and lacked power enough to generate the advertised PSI. So I tried all the spray nozzles. I sprayed my front sidewalk, porch and driveway. It did a great job. The power is deceiving because the unit is so light and quiet. I’m used to industrial power washers and truck stop power washers. Ya gotta hold on to those wands! So when I used this one I guess I expected it to be like those. It’s not. It’s light and maneuverable. It cleans as advertised. Whether it’s 3500 psi or not, who knows. But I also used the detergent bottle when washing my truck. That was ok. Then used the 25° spray nozzle to rinse. Worked great. For the price, I feel like this was a great buy. I just wish the hose was 25 ft.UPDATE: I bought this in late April. After maybe 10 uses, something in the spray handle broke internally. Contacted the seller for a replacement handle. I have a lengthy email thread wherein I keep trying to get them to replace the handle. They kept saying they would make sure I “suffer no loss.” But, months later, I still do not have a replacement sprayer handle for the pressure washer. I demanded a full refund. Waiting for a response to that as well. Do not buy this product. There is no warranty for defective parts. The seller writes very polite emails though.

Easy to set up. Have used it for about 6 hours in 2 sessions to clean brickwork, concrete driveway and windows through mesh screens: works well for all.Pressure was perfectly adequate with the 2 highest diameter nozzles.I like that the motor cuts and starts fast when the wand trigger is released and pressed - unlike gas mowers.Needed a little tweak to take care of a slight leak at the thread closest to the body.The ends of the water hose aren’t interchangeable - black to washer body, orange to wand.Surprisingly light but seems to be robust.

I was impressed by how well machined the parts of this washer were. Unfortunately, I was not strong enough to attach the nozzles, so can't report on its washing quality. Bear in mind that I am a 71 year old woman--although I am very fit :-) As noted in my seller review, they refunded my money instead of having me return the machine because it would have been so costly to do so, which I truly appreciated. I think they need to look at the design of the gun/nozzle interface and reduce the gap needed to install the nozzles.

This product feels very cheap. First, there is no real compartment to the attachable heads. The slots to hold the other attachable are not sturdy either. I wish there was a good place to secure the power cord as well. I tried to use this to wash bugs off my SUV and no luck. The brush feels cheap too. The soap dispenser did not spray out evenly nor with any strength. You would figure the 0 and 15 head would at least get some bugs off , but it didn't.

I've owned several electric pressure washers before. By far, this one is the best. The hose couplings and spray nozzles are easy to connect/disconnect. I've had the washer less than a week, but it's done an excellent job of cleaning years of grit and grime off the large driveway and patio. Very impressed so far. Highly recommend.

This looked to be the exact thing I was looking for and it turns out that it works great as well.Be sure to read all the instructions and plan on carrying the different nozzles in your pocket since you will be switching them often if you are dealing with different surfaces.Well worth the price.

Honest Review-Item is TrashI’ve been detailing Cars, boats, Rv’s etc for the past 8 years. This “pressure washer” has less pressure than a garden hose. The only way this item might remotely be pushing out its average PSI is if you hook the wand to the gun and apply the 0’Degree tip which is good for nothing. Especially trying to clean any area besides maybe writing your name in whatever your trying to clean, patio, concrete, vehicles. Even with a heavy degreaser this pressure washer barely cuts through any grime and has a tough time with moss on a vehicle. I feel bad I spent the 180.00 on my first electric pressure... I’d rather have my money back and invest it into something that might actually work. Oh and they actually sent me a knock off brand I’m pretty sure too wasn’t even the one advertised...thanks..
