Bob's Red Mill Coconut Shredded Unsweetened - 12 oz

I buy and use this form of coconut flakes from Bob's to "crank up" the granola I make for my sweet husband. I mix it with raw oat meal flakes, chopped pecans, puffed rice and raw sunflower seeds. Douse this with pancake syrup, pat it out flat and bake it for 17 minutes and voila. Once cool, I add a few handfuls of raisins to produce the best granola on the planet. Bob's flaked coconut is always an important ingredient!!!

Bobs products do not disappoint. The price point however does! I went down to my local store to purchase the same thing so I could do an honest review. At the store $3.19. On Amazon $11.47.

Nice to get coconut that is not sweetened.
