Thank you. **So, I've had this vac since September of last year. I'm kind of notorious for going through vacuums...probably because I typically buy the cheapest one, hoping that I've found a diamond in the rough that will actually hold up for more than a year. Well- that has never happened- but- with my Amazon rewards from my credit card, I saved enough on this vacuum that I felt okay to give it a shot. It is, hands down my favorite vacuum I've ever owned. The cordless option is obviously a huge plus- it stays charged more than long enough to vac my entire house. Now- that being said- 14x70, all hard wood. The light might be my favorite thing about this vac- because I can see if the pass has left anything- which- 99.9% of the time, it hasn't. The suction is fantastic, even when it's just in handheld mode. Easy to empty, easy to clean- comes with two filters, so you can clean one and switch the dry one in. Also- the brush roll is very easy to take out and put back in. I have a habit of cleaning my vac after I've used it- and this one takes the cake as far as ease of cleaning goes. Also- if it does happen to get clogged, you can pull the bottom off, and get right in the hose area to pull out whatever might be in there. Also- I have two cats. This means cat litter, and kibble- and one is a long hair. This vac has no issue picking up either. VERY pleased with this vac. Now- the other day- there was an incident. Slammed it into a wall a bit harder than intended- the light and the brush roll stop working. Since the customer service email was mentioned in the questions section, I decided to ask them if they could maybe instruct me on how to fix it. Their customer service is so responsive...just.amazing, really. They asked for some details about my order and for a video of the issue- and they're sending me a new brush roll assembly. I think I've found the vacuum brand I'll be sticking with from here on out. Thank you to this company for provoding.an awesome product for a fair price- and backing it up with your customer service. More companies should strive for this. Just fantastic. Very impressed. *Update* I emailed this morning- about a week after they gave me the tracking number for the new brush roll assembly- to ask...when it was going out. The tracking was showing as not yet tendered to USPS. Well- I actually got it today- and it works! So stoked! Will be recommending this company to everyone- excellent product, fair pricing, amazing customer service. 10 out of five stars.

Love this little vac. It has powerful suction, a replaceable filter, easy to clean filter canister, can turn roller brush on or off, has lights; comes with crevice tool, brush and charging stand. It works great; the articulating handle makes it easy to get under furniture and in tight corners. It also has two suction speeds. The only knock I have is that It looks flimsy, and the charging stand seems cheap although it works well. This vacuum replaced an ERGO Rapido cordless vacuum which felt good when using it but the nickel hydrate batteries died at about five years and cost more to replace than buying a new one. This Orfeld vac does the same work, is lighter weight and at a lower price point. Very happy with it so I got one for my daughter also!!!

I have a business that has a few carpet runners and title floors, we needed a vacuum that could be used quickly without messing with cords. It has good suction power and swivels effortlessly. The product itself was packaged well and clicked together easily. It came with a spare filter set which allows it to be quickly swapped out while the other one is washed. The roller is cleaned out every day, the top of the orange clip that holds the roller down on one side broke the first time but it still works. The biggest downside I found in reviews was that the roller quit working, a few months of owning this vacuum I also noticed this problem. After opening the bottom housing (which comes off with 10 screws) I noticed the belt slipped off the gear which was preventing the roller from rolling freely. I pushed the belt over making sure it was over both gears and it rolled well. Easy fix but a few weeks later it jumped over again, it seems to be a design flaw that allows the belt to slip over. For now I added a small rubber washer that will hopefully prevent this in the future. Overall though it's a great value for the price, compact with enough power to quickly clean up small areas.

Before purchasing, I read a lot of reviews on similar models, but this one had all of the features I wanted, it was very lightweight, & easily maneuverable even in very tight spaces. The battery lasts far longer that the company claims it should, which is a huge plus for daily use on animal hair, dust bunnies, etc. The suction is better than expected, & being able to use it as either a hand vac, or with the stick & canister makesthis a great daily use, smaller, lightweight size vacuum.This has become my regular “go to” for smaller spaces, area rugs, a room sized carpet or the stairs. Its perfect anywhere that a full size vacuum is too heavy or isn’t convient.

Better than described. I am in my late 70's and ordered this because the one I have had for 5 years is starting to operate for less time. I don't want it to poop out and leave me without one! Easily worth twice the price. Fabulous suction, and SO light weight and easy to clean. LOVE the huge panel of LED lights on the front. Turn the lights down in your room and you will be able to see every piece of dirt, hair, or anything else you might miss. Best thing I ever bought in my 77 years!
