I take it along with 200mg of caffeine in morning, and no experience of lathergy in afternoon or evening time, I will be buying another stack, btw even Bruce Lee used to supplement himself with Inositol, that's how I came to know about it..

I do not know about the efficiency of product but the smell is like a three month old pungent fishDont know how it correlates to the efficiency of the product, but it's a big downer.

Constant diarrhoea
