Was very hard to open at first but once opened amazing for eyebrows maybe not for full face though
I would give this 8 out of 10 it is efficient but only reason lost 2 marks is because of how hard it was to open to put battery in

Robust better than branded ones
I used Phillip brand and Jml one but all broken. This one is so strong and is still lasting. Highly recommend.

Didn't work
Product didn't work at all. Tried the battery it came with and a new one of my own. Nothing. Sent straight back for a refund. What a waste of money and time.

Handy tool for more than eyebrows
This eyebrow trimmer needs a little intuition as the instructions are a bunch of pictures that are open to misinterpretation. It is self-explanatory though.During this lockdown, many people can't visit their beauty therapist and so are struggling with their overgrown beards/eyebrows/upper lips etc. This provides a viable tool to self manage this. With some practice, you can shape and manage the length of your eyebrows but also use it to shape and trim other areas.I would limit its use to the face for hygiene reasons and also because facial hair is thinner and so you would avoid the risk of damaging potentially delicate blades. The teeth are very close together which enables you to shape contours well for getting the desired eyebrow shape. It achieves this without risking cutting the skin which I have found on other precision trimmers. Due to this precision, it may also be useful in shaping beards as it is difficult to get this precision without a blade however beard hairs are thicker and may result in blade blunting (something I haven't noticed yet).The comb attachment looks to be a fixed length and allows you to easily manage the length of your hairs in a simple motion. As you cannot change the length I recommend you try it in another area first. The materials used are plastic which keeps it light however may limit its life span. The battery will last a long time due to the small motor.A good solution to self managed eyebrows!
