Healthy indulgence
I have food sensitivity so these fit for me. Easy to make and taste good. Yum. Enjoy them warm. My go to when I want a healthy indulgence. I use silicone cupcake holders so easier.

Really impressed!
We don’t do keto but will buy “keto” products that are also lower in fat and calories as we try to keep all three as low as possible. Keto baking mixes have been great for us and this might be the best one yet. I made them as muffins and was worried about how wet the mix was (mostly liquid) but they baked up perfectly in 21 minutes. It took a bit of effort to get all of the lumps out of the mixture but eventually I got there. The pumpkin flavor is subtle but I actually really like that. They’re just savory enough. My husband likes them even more than I do, and he’s not nearly as into dessert as I am. They are great on their own but on days when I have the calories available I’ll top one with sugar free Smuckers caramel syrup and sugar free whipped cream which makes it super rich and satisfying - yum.

Finally something sugar free that doesn't take like fake sugar and chemicals
Recently bought a bunch of different sugar free or keto items for baking, snacking, etc. This was only the second item I actually found not only tolerable, but pretty good. It's not going to be as sweet or quite as tasty as your typical banana muffin with sugar and flour, but it was pretty good and a treat for my restricted diet for sure. I played around with it and found out if you want to up your game a little, add 2-3 teaspoons of banana extract (I used Mc Cormick) and a few shakes of salt (sorry I didn't measure - maybe 1/4 teaspoon) it definitely brings the flavor to another level. Of course, if you are allowed to have banana in your diet you can add half a banana or so. If you add a whole one, you will probably need to adjust the cooking time. I added 1/3 of banana and cooked my muffins in liners for 18-19 minutes. They looked very moist and dense. Depending on what you are going for you might want to stop there, but I opted to put them under the broiler for another minute or so - keeping an eye on them and got more of the carmel brown color of a traditional muffin. These muffins are not sweet. After having so many disgusting products recently, that I literally throw in the garbage, I've come to greatly appreciate something less sweet because there was no fake, plastic, chemical taste that a lot of the sweeter products have, including others that are made with Monk fruit. I was thanking Lakanto. I was nervous for the first bite, but it didn't have that awful taste at all. So, as is this product is pretty tasty, quick and easy. I would definitely buy it again, but personally, I would use it as a base and tweak it a little that takes less than a minute. Personally, depending on any restrictions you may have in your diet, I suggest: - adding more banana flavor 2-3 teaspoons. 1 bottle of extract will probably last about 10-12 packets of muffins depending on how much you use. I paid under $4.00 for the bottle locally. Totally worth the investment. Note: it does have "alcohol" on the extract ingredient list. - fresh banana - salt - if you prefer a sweeter muffin, additional sweetener of your choice. It is a very quick tweak, but the salt and banana extract really give it so much more flavor. I know some will want it sweeter, but I opted for some butter on top and enjoyed others as is! Happy baking! Thank you Lakanto for providing an easy, quick and tasty muffin!

Great low carb treat!
These turned out delicious. Perfect for a keto or low carb diet and you can bake it as a loaf of bread or make some mini muffins for a pre workout snack. Recipe was easy to follow and the texture was good and it didn't have a weird artificial taste, though it was a little on the sweeter side but you can pair it with your favorite low carb ice cream.

Just okay, strange texture
I've tried a lot of gluten free and low carb mixes, and have baked some from scratch, so I'm well aware that the end result is not a true substitute for wheat-based products. My expectations tend to be reasonable with that in mind. The batter mixed easily, but didn't rise or brown well at all, even leaving them in the oven a few extra minutes. Pretty typical for this kind of mix, in my experience, but it does make it hard to tell when they're done. These were the most unusual texture I've tried so far. I'm used to muffins being kind of squishy until they completely cool or even refrigerated, but these weren't. Have you had low carb ice cream, like Halo Top, and tried to eat it before it softened? If you haven't, it feels like floral foam. That's what these muffins are like. Not quite gritty, not quite crumbly, very fine consistency. They're soft but kind of break apart in clumps. Curiously light. Good enough to eat what I have with a little cream, but I wouldn't repurchase. I'm not sure I want to try anything else from this brand. Update 4/26: After my above review was posted, Lakanto contacted me to offer a refund. I'm declining, since my preferences aren't their fault, but I figure other folks might want to know that they do make an effort with customer service.

Not worth it at all - the classic weird texture
Not worth the price. Texture is rubbery, flavor is unpleasant. It was easy to make but honestly don’t even want to eat them. I’m not super super picky with my keto breads textures as long as they at LEAST taste good. But this wasn’t worth the calories, so into the trash it goes. Their brownies are way better.
