We bought the combo pack which was well packed and arrived promptly. This appears to be a good product in a handy container with clear directions for use.

It should state that it takes a lot less than the normal other ones you';d buy. Coated my dishes in a powdery substance until I did some digging and found out that it uses about 20% compared to the one I was using. Kind of important info you'd think. Great price and works well just needed that info up front

The product seems to work okay but the photos and description are a bit deceptive. They definitely left me with the impression that this kit included a 5 gallon bucket.

Works great in my restaurant dish machine at a fraction of the cost of what I was using. I use the soap , rinse aid and sanitizer from this company. All work every bit a good as the more expensive brands.

Product works well along with rinse aid on my high temp dishwasher. Saw some comments that film was formed on glassware. This is an issue with the hardness of the water being fed to the dishwasher. I have a city water supply that must be softened for kitchen use, or it will leave spots on everything. This is especially noticeable when heating water to 180F because it draws the dissolved solids out of the water quite easily and deposits on the dishes even with rinse aid. Since I installed the softener, the problem with film never occurred again.
