Surfboard shaper and visionary Bob Hurley started the Hurley brand in 1999, embracing a life informed by the ocean and the spirit and creativity of youth. Prior to starting Hurley, Bob made a name for himself as one of the preeminent young board shapers in Huntington Beach, and soon the world, eventually becoming the go-to shaper for the 1978 World Champion, Rabbit Bartholomew. Obsessed with making boards that were lighter, faster and more flexible, Bob eventually translated that innovation ethos to board shorts, and the rest is history. Today, you can find Bob “product-testing” at home in Newport Beach, Hawaii or at some of the best waves around the world.

Really nice
This brand generally runs small but we know that because they are my boyfriend's favorite pair of shorts. I bought him the obsidian colored ones for Christmas and they are much lighter than they show in the picture. They are in fact a blue color. But they are super nice. (I also bought him a black paid and not only did they send me the black pair...they also sent us a navy blue pair) so he got an extra Christmas present...neither one of us are complaining. If you've never wore these before I would suggest ordering up a size or go to your local store and try them on first (he usually gets them at Buckle but they stop selling shorts during the winter months...although my boyfriend wears shorts everyday of the year). Oh big heads up...these are shorter, they sit above my boyfriend's knees.

Not bad not faves and not for hikes
Little bit stiff and thick. Ok for a fashion short. Not for super hot days or swimming really. But decent for a stroll.

Great shorts. Obsidian color is blue not dark grey.
Overall great quality shorts, fit as expected, however I ordered the ‘obsidian’ color, which in the pictures looks like a dark grey, however it’s definitely a blue, pictures should represent the actual color a bit better. Anyways, still love the shorts.

What’s not to love? I got the black pair. It’s black with very small heather gray and dark gray stripes that make for an awesome pattern. They go with any color shirt pretty much. Love them!

La descripción del producto dice que esta hecho de: 54% Algodón, 44% Poliéster, 2% ElastanoComo véis en la foto, lo he puesto al lado de un pantalón original comprado en tienda, y el que yo he recibido no solo no tiene nada que ver con los materiales del original como se puede ver a simple vista, sino que en el etiquetado no dice la composición, el original si la dice.

Bonitos, ajustan bien, hay calidad...
Son cómodos, frescos, quedan muy bien. Tuve que devolver los primeros que compré, no tuve problemas, por la talla. Uso una 44 y pedí una xl, la 38. Grandísima. Ahora he pedido una 32 y me quedan bien, al tener cierta elasticidad se ajustan perfectos...
