Really like this printer. I got this for a few of my clients and I liked it so much I bought one for myself after my 17-year-old hp 3052 multi-function laser died. 5 easy stars.

HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw has been amazing until last week. The touch screen, which controls everything, went out. It just doesn't work anymore. I bought this printer in March of 2022. At least it lasted a year!

The best printer we have ever used !!!

Unit is a little noisy when printing, but it works great.

Refurb, but looks and works like new. Still trying to figure out the Scan to email, but it was pretty easy to install.

ease of setup I liked.Also liked not having to purchase 5 colors of ink because my old printer used all 5 inks to print black and white, which is all I am interested in.

The side panel covering the USB and NIC connectors was cracked and not even installed correctly! The paper tray guide rails were broken. The installed toner cartridge was missing the main drive gear. The top page feeder tray was just floating in the shipping box. If had not been able to repair most of the defects this printer still would not be usable. I ordered this for our Church administrator to use. I feel that this is definately NOT a $400.00 printer. I am reminded of the old adage "Let the buyer beware!"I hope that this will assist others in there search.Jim Taylor

This is nice print center, really too good for home use. I recon - it needs system admin to install it with all functions and abilities. Otherwise, it took me some Two days to "play" with it. This time I consider lost.....
