I ordered this for my wife because she not only writes the name and address but whatever additional information is needed. It's something you can't do with a phone. You may have the basic information but what about birthdays and what not to buy for a present as allergies for a factor; so, she loves address books. This one can have pages added which is great. It's a good idea, a good deal, and something worth the money.

Number one, it is simply beautiful--I got the "Nature's Journal" illustration design and I swear if it wasn't an address book I could frame it! Very sturdy. A separate letter tab for all but "W,X"--and "Y,Z". Separation dividers are super lovely with a nature illustration on each one--sort of a cream color on the inserts and even a light cream on the address pages. Forty names and addresses in each section (more than enough!)-- Five on each side of four pages per section. Three lines for name and address, Then room for Home/Work and Cell numbers, also room for E-mail address and a final "blank" line in each box on each page. No Y/N section for receiving cards like all of the old ones used to have...not a loss for me. THEN in the back is one page per month for "Special Dates"--a really nice feature. STILL another section in back of adhesive labels (20 of them) to place over one of the boxes on any page where you may have made an error, or your contact has moved or whatever. FINALLY, the last part of book is three pages of six slots each (3 in front and 3 in back) for business cards! This is Lang's model # 1013165 fo ryour reference. Hint: I went to Staples and purchased erasable pens exclusively for use in this book--- My last book was years old but had so many cross outs, white outs, etcetera I figured erasable pens would work great--and they do! Am I raving? Yes! One note: This is a bit larger than the "older" Address Books...refill sheets are available for purchase or (like me) you can stop at your library and make copies and use a single hole punch at home to match the three ring binder design! GREAT for you--also GREAT for GIFTS! Buy and enjoy!

Love the illustrations, feels like the outer part could tear easily at the edges and corner, will still use and enjoy, got extra pages but probably won't need them, like being able to insert new ones if needed

My previous address book was similar but fell apart a few years ago. I've been hunting for another and finally found it here. This address book is perfect. It's a 3 ring binder that is easy to open and close. The pages are paper, so I can use any writing instrument I want on them. The text and lines on each page are light enough that they do not compete with the information I hand-write on them. There is a colored tab divider for the separate letter sections. The binder itself is colorful and sweet. The picture on the front is an extension of the picture on the back. This looks great standing on my shelf! I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Lang calendars are beautiful but trying to write something in the space around a certain date is always a scramble for the ink not to smear on the non-absorptive paper. Now, with this purchase, go ahead and order HOLE REINFORCERS and that is because this paper is of very, very poor quality. The very first time I was turning to a page toward the back of the book, the page ripped at the bottom two holes! The three ring binder approach to the answer for adding additions or moving things around was great. But there are NO extra pages for starting over if you make a mistake on a page. Can you imagine that? No, when I went to order the refill, it was not available for quite a while and has yet to appear.My dear assistant who was put in charge of taking a very messy, current address book and transferring necessary names/addresses/email addresses was the second person to discover (after me) that the MONTH pages are absolutely useless except for NON-MOVING dates like birthdays or Halloween or Christmas. She wrote in dates for time changes, Easter, and so on which would make sense only for that ONE year: 2021. Woops! All month pages were torn out because they were just distracting and who would remember to go to the back of an address book for birthdays or holidays? Isn't that the kind of information we put right on a calendar we use for a particular year?WHAT we need listed nowadays in an address book needs rethinking. Look at the picture of a page in that section. Oh, of course, there IS no picture to see what you are buying where the actual work will be done!Am I happy about this purchase? No, I am not. The paper is too thin and VERY fragile; the hole reinforcers won't be here for a while; the make-up of the pages of where THEY want you to put information just seems out of date. We need the pages to reflect all of our email addresses and passwords (not a separate book for that!), but woops! You will be writing over where it was intended for you to write street addresses as indicated. It just makes for a much messier address book, you know? Gone from the market are the superior CASPARI address books and the only other ones available at this point seem to be by Peter Pauper Press. Before much more work is done in this book, I guess I will order one of those to look at to see if they are better than this.The picture on the cover is cute. The divider pages are cute. But there are a lot of things just wrong and not thought out before selling these!

I just recently got all the names and addresses in this directory and love it! The tabs are really nice to get to the letter you want and there is plenty of room to get everything you need written for each name. It IS much bigger than I expected, but still love it.

Bought this address book as a gift. Added extra packages of refill pages at a later date. When I didn't receive the refill pages I contacted LANG. Amy in customer service sent me a replacement shipment of the refill pages. That is how you do customer satisfaction, many other companies need to take their cue from Amy and the Lang Company. I will be doing business with them again. I love the fact that the book lays flat. There are five entries per page and alphabet index pages, and in the back there are business card sleeves. This address book does not disappoint.

Haven't bought a new address book since the 90s - it was time and this one is perfect! Very sturdy, good number of pages and a great look!

This, to say it simply, is the most magnificent address book I have ever seen. The quality, the design, the sturdiness is exceptional. Whoever designed and manufactured this address book should be congratulated. It is very rare that I come across something that still gives value for money. I honestly wish others would follow your example. I am a very, very happy customer!

I really like this address book. The size is perfect and I like that the pages are removable. My only wish is that the pages had the Christmas card check list like the old ones used to. But I am really happy with this and would buy it again!

I ordered this for my mom because her old one was getting pretty worn out; she loved the image and the quality seemed good. My only thought was that the rings are quite large for a book that you're not really going to add anything into. I liked the rings so it lays flat when open but I it's not a book that could be tucked under the phone on a table as the rings make it so big. The description is accurate though so I give it 5 stars.

It’s a very pretty address book and serves its purpose. However, the pages are much too thin and ink can be seen on the back of the page. I was hoping for a better quality product for the price.

This is a very nice address book with additional pages added. There is also a place in the back to add business cards which is very convenient. There is also a section for special dates such as birthdays or anniversaries listed by month. The cover is padded and has a lovely picture on it. Very satisfied with this purchase. Cost a bit more than I wanted to spend but worth the money
