Haase Unlimited Mocha Joe's Coffee Shop - Café Latte Cappuccino 11 oz. Mug

The mug arrived with a large crack that went through the whole cup from top to bottom.

Terrible mug. Does not keep coffee warm at all, not even hot. Luke at best. I know because I could stick my nose into the coffee like a F***ing goose. No burn!
