I ordered this about a year ago and I work in a school setting. I like that the students can't hear whats going over the radio when we are handling sensitive info. I am ordering again because now my end is not receiving well to the rest of my team. I can hear them fine, but they say my volume is very low. Will see if a new one hold up longer. If not will go to a higher priced one.

Volume and microphone are both nice

Mic does not work with my ICOM A14. Shows xmit when button is pressed but no audio is transmitted.
