This is officially the best zafu that I have tried in any price range. The design is simple, elegant, and sized just right (for reference, I am 5'8" tall). The material is very durable and I love the embroidered detail on the top. The shape of this cushion feels very natural against the body and facilitates greater stability while in half-lotus or lotus positions. I ordered both the white and the black, and decided to go with the black, as that felt best for my space and habits. I very rarely leave reviews, but this zafu really inspired me to do so. It should also be noted that mine is totally bug-free, as occasionally this can be a problem with buckwheat (from any source). Whether meditating, or merely sitting on the floor, this is my top choice, and I estimate that it will last me for years to come.

I really love this cushion because it is very well made, beautiful and so comfortable. I have been practicing with it for a couple of days now and it's wonderful! The crescent design feels form fitting to my body and it's sturdy enough so I can sit on it for a long time without becoming uncomfortable. I teach yoga/meditation seated with this cushion and now my students have started to ask where I got it :)

I bought this as a gift for my own birthday. I've used my husbands for a few months and decided to find the right one for me. This pillow is perfect for me. I went for the crescent moon shape. I love it. I have short legs so it's just right for me to tuck my feet in close so I can support my spine from my pelvis. This is made of great quality materials. It's important that I can take the cove off to wash it. I'm so pleased that I'm getting one for my Mother In Law for her birthday.

Great product, really helps with maintaining a good posture during meditation

This cushion is good quality and allows me to sit upright. My posture is poor and I often slouch when sitting in lotus during meditation. My posture is much better now. This cushion allows me to sit and meditate with a very straight spine. The material it self is good quality, firm and comfortable and not too hard. I meditate regularly and this is my first purchase for a cushion. I am happy I ended up buying this. I purchased the Crescent meditation cushion.

I love this cushion! I have been searching for the perfect meditation pillow for months now. Most pillows and brands I looked at, were too small for me. The round ones didn't support me or were just so tiny. This one though, my bottom fits nicely on the crescent shape! I can fold my legs comfortably and not feel like I am trying to balance the whole time. I have definitely noticed it has helped with my posture. The black color is a beautiful touch and I think makes it look really nice. I also love how there is a handle up top, making it very easy to carry around. If I could give this cushion more than 5 stars, I truly would. Love it and super excited to continue my mediation practice now!
