Very well packed and organized for assembly
This gazebo is very well engineered and thought out. It will fulfill all our needs for our spa: will keep snow off in winter, mosquitoes out in spring, and blowing needles and leaves out in the fall. It was somewhat challenging to assemble. The very top center piece is tricky so be sure not to bend it. The instructions could explain more thoroughly how to get this top structure up without bending it. Using a power drill helps the assembly process. All in all it is a very well designed and sturdy gazebo.

Good quality, looks great
This is a good quality gazebo. It came well packaged, nothing damaged or scratched, parts were wrapped in foam. The roof panels are lightweight corrugated polycarbonate and seem strong. It's easy to assemble, but it's a lot of work. You'll need help. If you're ok with Ikea furniture, you can handle this. Someone tall and a step stool or step ladder is essential. Curtains and bug screen are thick material. Overall it's more expensive than a circus tent canvas style gazebo but worth the price. It should last for years. The LTL carrier lost a piece, but the seller shipped a replacement quickly, not their fault, but it took a few weeks to get it all.⁷I've seen other reviews complain the roof panels don't line up but if you assemble it correctly there's about an inch of play in the middle panels to move them up or down, so they do line up.I like having the tinted roof rather than metal. I think it provides better light in the day and doesn't make you feel like you're in a cave. I bought a 48' outdoor led light string to go with it and it looks great at night.

So far it's great! *updates have been added
The media could not be loaded. We've only had this gazebo built and up for a couple days so this review is pretty much just about the set up process. I'll try to update it after it's been up for some more time.Received the order quickly, came in two boxes, one was very heavy and long. All the parts were there, nothing damaged. It took some time to sort everything out, but it's all marked by letters so that really helped to know what part you were working with. The instructions aren't the clearest and there's a lot going on, on the pages so it seems really confusing but if you look ahead a little and really look at the diagrams then it makes sense. My husband and teenage son put the frame together one day and the next day was the roof. They didn't have full days to work on it so it was a few hours each day. The total amount of time was 5-6 hours with 2 people. It really was not difficult, just a lot of parts. The roof was the hardest of it all especially the paneling. It took some time turning them the right way so they all fit and lined up. And it is quite a shock when the roof panels look and feel like cardboard. It is surprisingly very light for as strong and sturdy as it says it is. I really hope the roof holds up to the weight limit of snow it claims (1000 pounds) and also the wind rating (30+mph). We live in the midwest and our winters are brutal, we have everyday winds and very regularly we get high wind warnings 30+mph. No pop up canopies last out here and all trampolines and most furniture is tied down lol. The ratings are what made me buy this specific gazebo and the price was great. Overall it's a beautiful gazebo and 8/10 on the difficulty scale.Update:7/11/20So far it's held up very well. We've even had a high wind warning where they said we had 30mph winds and it's still standing! So far one thing is wish was different was that the privacy curtains were weighed on the bottoms. Those things blow all over the place, even being zipped together. It's near impossible to sit on your furniture when the curtains are whipping all over. Looks like I'll be buying some clip on weights to hold them down. So my suggestion to the company for an upgrade would be weighted curtains.Update: 6/6/22Gazebo is still standing! We've had multiple storms and 40+ mph winds and it hasnt moved. The curtains on the other hand have not held up well in the weather. They are extremely faded, cracking and all the zippers have fallen off or broken. We recently had a crazy summer hailstorm and unfortunately the paneling on top didn't survive the hail that were dropping from the sky. I now have holes all over the paneling. I dont think it broke all the way through, just the top layer but I wont know until it rains again and then we'll see if it leaks.Update 2/15/23I've now had this for a few years and it's still standing! In my last update I talked about the curtains, I'm probably going to take them down this coming summer and try to find something else to hang. I don't feel like it's worth the money to buy replacements from the company when they didn't last 2 years. After the hailstorm that destroyed the roof paneling, I am happy to say that it didn't break all the way through, so no leaks. So far it's been a good gazebo. We've had it 3 years and it's held up in all four seasons and many wind storms. I still think it was a good buy.

The gazebo was delivered within a week, but carton looked like a forklift may have pierced the box. After removing contents, I found that there was some damage to the gazebo frame from that forklift.I called the vendor about this issue. Response was very cordial. All they needed was some pictures sent to them showing the damage. It took another week for replacement parts to arrive.I was able to build the gazebo without any help from anybody but that is only because I am very good at assembling things. Otherwise, this is a 2-person job to assemble. Some of the instructions can be improved. I suggest that you lay out the parts by part numbers (they use letters to identify parts) so there is no confusion on which part you have in hand. Some of the roof had some difficulty sliding into place but using WD40 and a rubber mallet helped a lot. I would also suggest installing the roof end pieces in place as you are going along installing the roof so the roof does not slide back out (in the instructions, it tells you to install the roof first and then come back around and install the end pieces…this will not work as the roof will slide out). Also, this is a time-consuming project. There are a lot of parts to the assembly of this unit. But when you are done, this Gazebo is absolutely beautiful and stands up to some windy days even with the posts not screwed down to the ground (or concrete or wood deck). But I still plan on doing this feat. Also, on the market (available on Amazon) are Gazebo weights for the posts. They are heavy bags that wrap around the posts that you fill up with sand. Up to 40 pounds of sand in each. This will help hold down the Gazebo on very windy days. All in all, the vendor does back up his product and I do recommend this Gazebo.
