I spent three days documenting each hot flash and realized I was having an intense hot flash every 45 minutes - 1 hour.I wasnt sleeping, I was never comfortable. I was getting hot flashes every 30-45 minutes, lasting about 3 minutes each- making me miserable at work and effecting my sleep. I did a lot of research and decided to give these a shot. I took the entire first bottle- no change- I went back to the website and re read the materials - it does say can take up to 12 weeks- so I ordered another bottle. When it came time to order a 3rd bottle- lo and behold- my hot flashes were getting less frequent and milder! I was thinking, dang 50 bucks a month for less and milder hot flashes? What the hell, it was worth it, so I ordered another bottle!! One day I just realized my hot flashes were GONE. Yes GONE. It worked!! Then I got cocky, I started taking just two a day, 1 in the morning and one at night rather than 2 in AM 2 in PM. For about 3 weeks I was still good- then I actually forgot to put them in with my other supplements and went about 5 days no equelle. My hot flashes are now back- not as frequent but they are back. So lesson learned- take 4 a day without fail, and these should work. But don’t be like me a screw it up by missing any!

I know you need to give these things time to work, but after one month, my hot flashes are worse, my frustration/anger level are worse, and overall, just feel like I wasn't taking anything. Quite frankly, this review should be full of the f-bomb because that's what happens when I am in a raging hot flash. These didn't work at all for me. On to trying something else. Good luck, gals!

Liked product and provides some help, but the price is ridiculous especially since I can purchase it from Equelle's website and add a coupon code . Same exact product with same amount of pills. 30 day supply for $40 instead of $55.

I decided to purchase this for my mom after seeing ads for it online. She has recently been complaining about discomfort from hot flashes due to menopause and, given her focus on high quality ingredients and this being hormone free, this seemed like a good fit. She has only been taking the pills for about a week now, but has not complained of any adverse side effects so far and, in fact, has noticed a slight improvement in the hot flashes she had been experiencing (even though this is only advertised as showing benefits in 4 weeks). Hopefully this bodes well going forward and I'm relieved to have found something that seems like it will make her day-to-day a bit easier! Well worth the premium price point based on the quality of the ingredients and initial results. Pretty packaging too.

I started taking this supplement the same day I received them and began with 2 per day. Once my faces subsided, I reduced to 1 per day. These are amazing. You will notice the reduction in hot flashes and night sweat within a week! I highly recommend, they are worth every cent.

So unfortunately these made me so sick to my stomach and gave me the runs pretty badly so I was not able to tell if they would have helped hot flashes. It could have been just an individual reaction but there's no way I could continue to take these.Besides that even - it's a crazy number of pills you need to take. It works out to be pretty expensive since you are supposed to take a lot of pills every day.Overall not happy with these unfortunately!
