Beautiful and unique handcrafted Nativity set
I purchased this as a gift for my mom, who loves and collects nativity sets and is always looking for unique sets. And this one is definitely unique -- not only in its choice of materials (banana fibers) but in that each piece is handcrafted, and it gives a unique Kenyan touch to the timeless story of Christ's birth. Each piece is made of leaves and natural fibers woven and wound around a metal framework, and comes with a handmade box for storage that can also be set on its longer edge to serve as the stable itself.My one complaint is that when the set was shipped, the pieces were simply rattling around loose in the box without any padding or protection. But none of them seem to have taken any harm from it, which is a relief.A lovely and unique Nativity set, made even better by its unique handcrafted nature.

Gorgeous set! The pieces are tiny, as others have mentioned. But it's well worth the price. Feels like each individual piece was handcrafted with love. Sturdy, even though made with banana husks. One of my wise men tends to not stand up well, but leaning him on the box that I use for a creche works. They found a way to out tiny details in these . Love it!

The items are all very delicate looking, soOnly time and use will tell of quality, but as a gift for my wife it was wonderful!Shipping was terrible! Took two and a half weeks for something that normally would take two days! They did not even ship it, according to the package tracker) until three days before I got it. Why? So it sat on a shelf for weeks before I got it?

Needs more Glue
The case came with the bottom loose , I had to put extra glue to the bottom cover as can be seen in the picture
