I don’t know about the other reviews but for me, I just had oral surgery and this helped a lot with my swelling. It was perfect and it was cold enough. The straps were amazing and easy to handle. Definitely would recommend if you need it for pain, swelling or to relax!

The mask works well - popped it in the microwave for 20 seconds, and the heat helped alleviate my sinus headache. That said, my only criticism is the beads don't stay put if you're not laying completely flat, so maybe the company should pack a few more beads in there. Fill the mask up with them, so this isn't an issue. Otherwise, it works beautifully.

I have been looking for this exact product for the past 3 years!! I am a breast cancer survivor, and I suffer from debilitating and embarrassing facial flushing. This cooling mask is my saving grace!! 100% recommend!! And it’s reversible!!

Was looking forward but had to return it. It was not right and very uncomfortable to use and unpleasant smell . Try to make it cold but it would frizz as water not gel and was not comfortable and even on face with ice crystal.Was hoping smell would go away after several days, but its didn't. As well mine arived with very questionable appearance: was not packaging for new product, so I returned it. Maybe it was just mine.

The media could not be loaded.  1 minute microwave to heat and that is hot enough. I love it. I cant use the 2 smaller patches though because it does not have the fabric side. I got a small allergic reaction from the plastic.

The soft side is very comfy and it helps when I have a headache. The small circle ones are great for puffy eyes.

Does not stay cold! Turns to mush within 5 minutes of coming out of the freezer. Waste of money. Also not big enough.

Does what it is supposed to - relieved my headache.
