I'm rating this based on the ingredients, which looked to be well thought out. However, I was expecting to get more energy from these pills. I only took them for a couple days. Maybe this is something that need to build up in your system first? I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I am going to try finishing the bottle and then update again. From the other reviews it seemed like results were achieved quickly. I haven't had that experience. Again, three stars for the awesome ingredients; really well thought out. Make sure you are taking a B complex too. Tyrosine is great for stress, appetite suppression and thyroid but I thing 300mg is too low a dose to really experience any benefits. I have hashimotos and take at least 4 times that amount everyday.

I guess I was hoping this would be an easy fix for my sluggishness and weight gain. My thyroid levels have been borderline in the past but not outside the normal limits so no need for prescription medication (according to medical standards). Maybe in my wishful thinking I didn't do enough research but I have a gluten sensitivity and IBS and didn't see anything in the ingredients that concerned me. After taking the first dose (an hour or two later) I had severe stomach pain. Had eaten out so suspected that I had contacted some gluten inadvertently but still did not take the supplement for a few days until I felt better. The second time I took one tablet instead of two and didn't feel quite as bad but still had some stomach discomfort. After the third dose I was bloated and crampy again. Upon closer inspection of the bottle I realized that it is manufactured in a plant that also processes wheat and several other allergens. I guess I am not going to be able to use this after all. I am hoping to return the unused portion for a refund.

I have been having low energy, as well as feeling cold even in warm weather. I noticed a difference about 12hrs after first dose. I'm not longer cold and my energy is slowly increasing. Shipping was fast and was able to receive it within 2 days. Good product; will order again. I paid full price for it.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and am on a thyroid medication for this. Only recently have I found out that in order for my body to better utilize my medication I should be taking selenium and iodine. I hate taking pills, I'm already taking a ton, so of course I was looking for something that cut down on the number of pills I would have to take on a daily basis. This has both the selenium and iodine I need in the proper dosages. Easy to swallow, no side effects & I am already feeling the renewed energy for the extra support.

Received mine today. So far just today I've noticed a decrease in my appetite and it took over 6 hrs but I'm not crazy cold right now. I'm hoping once I take it more my energy will increase. So far just in 1 day I've seen changes. Also I have hypothyroidism and Hashimotos.

Really couldn't tell a difference and all my labs came back worse than before.. But it may just be me! Try it, it's worth the price!
