subtle flavour
I was not sure I would like this sauerkraut, but bought it because I know we should eat raw and unpasteurised vegetables. I was very surprised, it has a lovely and quite delicate flavour. We have been adding a spoonful to our salad each day, and it gives the salad a boost in flavour and texture,, and you dont think about it, you just enjoy !

Nice flavour, good for the microbiome! Customer support is excellent.
I've never eaten sauerkraut before and thought I wouldn't like it. But I do! It's no struggle at all to eat this. A tasty little zing to accompany your main meal, nothing overbearing. And it's good for your microbiome.- The customer support is amazing. I had a minor issue with one of my orders and the seller went above and beyond to resolve it. A seller who is proud of their products and wants the customer to enjoy them at their best.

Nice Sauerkraut but too much of a price increase.
First of all I would like to say how nice this Sauerkraut is. I have ordered twice from this company buying 2 lots of 2 jars for £9.99 and would'v happily kept on buying from them. However they have now increased the price of these to 16 pound odd which I'm not willing to pay. If it was a pound increase then I'd be willing to pay it but not 6 pound odd! I have now started ordering from another company.

Packing not suitable
The jar’s airtight seal was broken and it looked like mould was growing on the surface. The second jar was fine but value for money is poor when you’ve paid £10 and only one jar is useable.
