LS Swap Long Tube Headers 1-3/4 x 3 in. for Chevrolet GMC C10 C1500 1960-1998 LS1 LS2 LS3 LS6 LS7 These exhaust headers will work with the GM LS based small block V8 engines that are retro-fitted into older Chevrolet/GMC C10 trucks. The headers feature full length design that is most efficient at providing horsepower gain from mid to high RPM range. They are the best choice for high revving engines and track racing. The piping is made of premium 16-gauge(1.5mm) 304 stainless steel and is fully mandrel bent. The head flanges are cut from 3/8" (9.5mm) thick plates by CNC laser cutter. All joints are fully TIG welded for resistance against cracking and wearing. IMPORTANT [*] Will NOT fit LS4 engines. [*] Will NOT work on 4WD/4x4 models [*] Will NOT work on standard SBC or BBC. [*] Will NOT install with factory column shift linkage. [*] May require special motor mounts for clearance. [*] May require angled spark plug boots for tight clearance. [*] If using larger 4L80E or older THM 350/400 automatic transmissions the bellhousing ears may need to be trimmed for proper clearance.
