Definitely cute as a decoration table. I originally order it to use it as a working desk and... lol! It's pretty short and narrow so I definitely don't suggest order it as a desk.. buttttttt its very cute and I ended up repurposing it as an entryway table where I put my keys

wood came scratched.
there are multiple scratch marks all over the top wood surface. I noticed when i took the part out the box and the light shined on it.
