I go MTB night riding at Cannock Chase and do the 20km red route in the evenings in a bit under 2 hours. I use this adaptor attached to Niterider Lumina 850 on my lid and a 1200 on my bar. I've not had any issues with stability of this adaptor.

This was used to provide the adaptor to attach a Nightrider 850 to my Bell Sixer mips helmet. The only negative is that the adapter doesn't come with a screw to attach to the helmet adapter albeit there is a captive nut.

Fits perfectly, just the job and opens up the world of gopro style mounts

Bought this to mount a Niterider Lumina 850 underneath a Garmin out-front mount (by means of a Garmin Varia UT800 Flange Mount Adapter). Fits well and feels really solid.
