I think that this was addressing the dry and itchy skin problem for my dog, but she licks it and after a few days it made her sick at the stomach with vomiting.

This stuff is amazing. I have been dealing with dried, cracked, thick calluses on my heels for more years than I can remember, especially here in NH where cold harsh winters force me to either wear heavy socks, or kick the heat up and go barefoot on the dry carpet that only made my heels worse.It runs in the family, I even recall seeing my mother's heels so dried and cracked ever since I was a child and feared those icky feet would be mine someday. I wasn't wrong, but I was determined to not let my heels get so incredibly out of control as I saw her's to be. And I despised how itchy they would get due to being so DRY!I had tried EVERYTHING. Or so I thought - pumice stone, moisturizers, razors for removing thin layers off dead skin after a shower (gross and messy), hand lotions, moisturizing soaps, butter bars with Shea butter and beeswax amongst other types of butters - products ranging from a few dollars to more than I care to ever admit paying as much as I did for. Some with pleasant odors, others with simply awful odors, and honestly, I didn't think I could get rid of the awful dried hardened skin on my heels, ever! Certainly not without paying several hundred dollars on spa treatments or very high priced insoles that I have heard others claim to be the only answer.And then one day in my browsing I came across this product. I was skeptical at first because of the incredibly low price as well as my lack of experience with a single raw product that wasn't combined with others to make more "efficient".I read a couple decent reviews and decided instead of paying about $18-20 for a two ounce butter bar, I would try this much larger container of raw Shea butter for less money and make my comparisons.After using it the first time I was pleasantly surprised with the very low odor, lack of a "greasy" or "oily" feeling and just how far such a small amount would go. After a week of using it every night before bed I was very surprised at how much softer and smoother my heels already were, they had stopped itching and peeling, and I was walking barefoot on carpeted floors during the day, or wearing thick heavy socks with boots that pulled the moisture from my skin!I was so happy with these results after such a short period of time I literally threw away the expensive smelly butter bars and moisturizers that failed to do half the job this pure 100% Shea butter was doing for me in a fraction of the time.I now quite literally have the smoothest feet (and hands from applying the Shea butter to my feet) I think I have ever had in my entire life except perhaps when I was a baby.I certainly never thought after 38 years of walking on them, that my feet would be so smooth and soft! Especially from such a simple, pure, one-ingredient, low-odor product that was not only so inexpensive, but helped feed a family in Ghana as well!In a day and age when things that seem too good to be true, they nearly ALWAYS ARE, this product surprised and impressed me more than any amount of words in a review could ever truly cover!Never again will I purchase expensive designer moisturizers that make (what I once thought were) unrealistic claims and smell just awful, our feel greasy or oily!Never again will I scrub so hard with pumice stone in the shower that my hands hurt from gripping the stone for so long and my dry skin still itching like crazy on my heels!Never again will I use a razor type device to shave the dead skin off that leaves a huge mess of gross dead skin on the floor but also has cut too deep more than once to get to smooth healthy skin beneath thick calluses of dead skin!And never again will I worry that I will have my mother's and late grandmother's gross, thick calluses and dry cracked heels that would keep me awake at night scratching and scratching at my heels because they were so itchy and dry they literally kept me awake at night!I am so thankful I stumbled upon this product and decided to give it a try. Sorry-- I wanted to like this! This is a product I can't return and am so distressed that the "hype" didn't live up... When I received this I understood the "butter" of it, but all three dogs went 'no-no-no-no-no' when I tried to rub it on puppy paws. Even though the "genuine products" folks sent a "pre-announce" email to me about it being so "organic" it was quite "lick-able" by pets, I'd caution, It is that... but it's "lick-able" in the sense the my pet WANTED IT OFF THEIR PAWS! NOW!Again, I wish this product was what the hype was. I appreciate all those who've found it fine. I've wound up using up old "gift creams" and whatever, on puppy pads, and they just shrug and don't lick-lick-lick-ugh-lick-lick-lick-ugh like they did with this product. Thanks for trying.

After using it the first week. My face starting breaking out in small bumps........had to stop using it, and the bumps are clearing.

Don't know how it was. Arrived with cap off and seal open. No damage to shipping box. Have to send back before I can get a replacement.

I did not feel this did a good job to me to greasy and not what I thought it would be

Great for the dog paws, wish the container was a bit bigger. You should use gloves when applying as its really thick.
