the only downsize is too wide for my arms, it is made for thick arms measuring over 12 inches in circumference, I did shrink it with my sewing machine and voila.

my wife had to add 3" to the strap to use it . Its okay until I start to benching or curling or anything that causes my biceps expand the strap pops loose .
