Charlatan Author - Book is a Scam
I was looking through Amazon search results for "bail bonds" because I wanted to see how the book my brother wrote about Bail Bonds was doing. I stumbled upon this book, I have Kindle Unlimited, and I was able to read it for free, so I figured why not, I'll take a look at this book on how to start a bail bonds business. The first thing I notice is how poorly written it is. It does not have the signature clarity that you would expect from someone who is in the bail bond business. Bail bondsmen are very used to speaking clearly to their clients. It is a crucial skill to be able to explain things to bail bonds clients in the clearest possible way possible. The writing of this book was written by a confused individual. Sentences don't leave clarity...More importantly, this book is filled with false information. It is very clear to me that someone decided, "Hey I can pull together a bunch of random info about bail bonds on the internet, throw it into a book, get some false reviews, and make some money."The person who wrote this book has never owned a bail bonds business. They have never worked as a bail bondsman. I don't think they even know a single bail bondsman. The first part of reading this book that highlighted this fact to me is when the author talked about how much money bail bondsmen can make. A book that is teaching people how to make money in bail bonds would highlight the most successful business owners as a way to inspire people. This author talked about how some bail bonds business make 60,000, maybe 100,000 maybe 150,000 if they're in a big city. He talks about 150,000 as if thats the highest high you can achieve in this business. What a joke. He would have mentioned the biggest players in the industry who make tens of millions of dollars a year writing bail. He would have mentioned smaller, yet still successful businesses that make millions. He would have mentioned how single owner businesses can still make several hundred thousand dollars a year. So yeah, total garbage information there. The garbage information doesn't end there. The book never mentions how a bail bond company works with an insurance company. The author makes it seem like bail bonds business owners all pay for the bail of their clients with their own cash. Never once does he mention the use of insurance companies. The author was also completely confused on the different types of bail. He gives one paragraph to talk about Federal Bail Bonds, and makes it seem like bail bonds companies don't do those. Wrong again. The number of inaccurate and completely wrong things this book says are so numerous that I would end up writing my own book on how to start a successful bail bonds book if I were to correct them all. I might just do that. For the love of god, do not buy this book. You will be further from your goal if you do, as you would have wasted time that you could have spent reading something useful that would have taught you about bail bonds.
