I waited a month to write a review, and used the pan nearly daily during that month. Everything slides out cleanly, including fried eggs. It easily wipes clean, and food gets a lovely sear on medium heat, no need for anything higher. I hand wash and don't use metal utensils, but otherwise don't baby it. I bought it to replace an Anolon pan I inherited from family in 2014. That pan was also used frequently, moved cross country, placed on high heat, put through the dishwasher, and only started sticking after at least nine years of this use, I don't know how long it was used before I got it.Edited to add-6 months of use and the pan is still amazing! No complaints about sticking, washes easily and cooks perfectly.

I've really liked using this pan in the last couple of weeks since I got it. It has all the features I wanted: very nonsticky, roomy, looks good, nice handle, reasonably priced. I hope it lasts a long time so I don't have to spend hours looking for a dang pan ever again.

I have other Anolon Advanced cooking pots and pans and they do hold up well.I like that both the inside and out side are non stick which makes for easy cleaning.Anolon Accolade may be just a bit better, they have a thicker build but I would saythey will wear about the same over time, I have both.These are a good buy on Amazon.
