I purchased the black version of this mount last year (2023) for my older Mac mini. It worked out so well that I decided to get another one for my Mac mini M1. The mounting configuration I have for both is a little unusual. I use an old 4-mount monitor stand with adjustable horizontal arm groups - stacked vertically. On the lower level I mounted two flat display monitors, facing out toward the keyboard(s). On the upper level I mounted the two Mac minis facing back towards the wall. This arrangement works well for my needs, giving me easy access to both minis and their connections. (See photos.) I have found that in both cases the Sarbrent mounts were easy to use and very, very stable. Once the mounts were attached to the upper stand support, sliding the Mac mini unibodies into the mounts was easy. On my first purchase in 2023, I was a little concerned that there might be metal contact points that might damage the mini aluminum case. Once I did my first installation I realized that all contact points are protected with a soft powder coat or rubber padding. Nice. Design-wise, these mounts are great. The power button is unobstructed and easy to access. Likewise, all access points (connectors and cables) and the power cord are easily accessed through the "open lip" design. Sturdy and fairly attractive in both silver and black; at a very reasonable price. Just what I needed in both cases. Note on the accompanying photos - two are views from the side and behind the 4-mount, showing the Mac mini M1's top and left side. The third photo is from below, revealing the M1's back side with a video cable, LAN cable, and the power cord. I really don't have any cons to list. For what they do, both mounts are perfect for my needs.

Wow! As I sit here writing this review, I couldn't be happier. I just mounted my brand-new Apple Mini M1 underneath my desk. This mounting tool was the absolute perfect accessory to accomplish that task. I was a little afraid the metal mount would be shipped loose and possibly damaged in shipping, but it arrived nicely packed in a box. The M1 Mini fit perfectly into the mount. You don't have to fear your Mini getting scratched as the fit was perfect with no opportunity for the computer to wobble and scrape. Instead of using the screws that came with this mount, I chose mounting tape. This is an excellent option for those of you that don't want to drill into your desk. I bought a pack of Gorrila double-sided mounting tape and ran it up over both sides of the mount (covering the raised bumps on the back). The Gorilla tape does a great job of adhering this mount to the desk. One thing I don't think many of the reviews mention is that this mount includes a cord manager. You simply run your power and display cords along the side of the mount and a clip holds them in place. I was quite surprised when I discovered that and it really added to the neatness of the install. For the price, you really can't do better than this mount. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but now that I have my M1 neatly installed in this mount, it has exceeded all expectations.

I bought this because I wanted to mount my Mac mini on the back of a monitor. I have limited desk space and this seemed like a great idea. Sabrent makes really good products, but the engineering on this one seems just a little short-sighted. The metal bracket is great and I have no concerns about the Mac falling out. However, there are two things you should check before buying. 1. If your monitor is 24" or less make sure that the stand/ leg isn't going to be in the way. Most of the monitors I already had wouldn't work because the bottom lip sticks down past the VESA mount about 1.5 inches. 2. Make sure the mount is not going to cover the HDMI or power port on your monitor. If you're curious, I ended up buying a Viewsonic VX3276-4K-MHD 32 Inch 4K monitor. Mounting and cabling was extremely easy. Comparing the other options the price point can't be beat for this one. Sabrent does include a set of screws with anchors to use the mount on a wall.

Definitely worth the money. the metal frame is sturdy, and provides a snug fit for the mac mini. I wanted to attach my mini to the underside of my standing desk (VIVO) and this fit the bill. However, as you'll read in other reviews, the supplied screws are basically useless. For my needs, I bought a pack of #8, 3/4 inch wood screws, drilled pilot holes, and installed the mount.

It’s easy to install, everything you need is included except the screwdriver and it does its job. My mini is now mounted securely under my desk and the desktop is less cluttered.

Diese Halterung ist perfekt für meinen Mac mini M2. Das Modell ist zwar schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Markt, funktioniert aber weiterhin hervorragend. Ich habe einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und wollte den Mac mini nicht ständig auf dem Tisch stehen haben. Deshalb habe ich ihn mit dieser Halterung unter dem Tisch montiert – ähnlich wie auf einem der Amazon-Fotos gezeigt. Die Installation war sehr einfach, alles passt perfekt und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Seit etwa einem halben Jahr nutze ich die Halterung und hatte bisher keinerlei Probleme. Wer einen passenden Mac mini hat und ihn platzsparend montieren möchte, kann diese Halterung ohne Bedenken kaufen. Sehr sauber verarbeitet und absolut empfehlenswert.

Super fijne mount. Heel stevig en makkelijk te bevestigen met de bijgeleverde schroeven. Ik heb gekozen voor montage aan het beeldscherm. De Mac Mini hangt veilig in de mount. Er zitten speciale zachte kussentjes ins de mount, zodat de Mac Mini niet beschadigd.
