Bought this popcorn maker because I worked at a HD dealership and we had a professional popcorn maker. I was addicted to it. So I found this popper and decided to give it a try. I bought pre-made 6 oz bags from Great Northern Popcorn which contains the popcorn, salt and oil already measured out. I do add a small amount more of the salt and oil. This popper, when I add the ingredients makes the same delicious popcorn that I had grown addicted to. Easy to use! Add the contents, place the lid on the pot and start cranking the knob at the end of the handle.. In a few minutes, you have a pot of the best popcorn! Nearly every kernel pops and it tastes so good. My family loves it! My dogs love it! Cleanup is easy too. Ready for the next pot to be made! Thank you on a great product.

I love to pop my own popcorn, this is just like the one my dad taught me to use when I was a teenager. My whole family loved popcorn night.

Easy to use, the popcorn tastes great, and the cleanup is quick. I've worn out two Stir Crazy poppers. They're fine while they last, but when the heating element goes bad, they're done. I expect my new Whirley Pop will last a very long time as there's so little to go wrong with it.

I used to only do microwave popcorn. Never again, thats all trash. This is so easy to use that I cant go back to microwave anymore and the quality difference is nuts. I have also made kettle corn in it multiple times even though it does say technically not to. Would buy again and have suggested it to many others.

Really easy to use and clean between uses. Heats up fast and rarely gets stuck when turning. However... the squeaking... I've tried changing the angle, speed, direction, grip.... nothing stops the shrill squeaking when turning the handle. If it doesn't bother you then no worries, but if it does... get some earplugs and make the best bowl of popcorn you've ever had.

La olla fábrica un pop corn perfecto. El truco está en no dejar de girar la perilla mi un momento. El aluminio delgado se encarga del resto. Recuerda usar fuego medio-medio alto (dependiendo de la estufa), y cuando se empiece a hacer difícil girar la perilla, es tiempo de retirar la olla del fuego y sacar las palomitas. Se recomienda comprar la que trae engranaje metálico, ya que es más robusto que el de Nylon.

I was so excited about this, but I’m eve more disappointed with it now. I bought the recommended packages to use with it, and it broke midway through the second use. I was gentle, didn’t overfill it, and the stirring tool still broke before the pot was even halfway full. It was also so lightweight that I have no clue how they can promise 3 minutes unless you want scorched popcorn given the cheap materials that could break if you looked at them wrong. Beautiful idea and very cozy in the gimmick of it all, but this is a TERRIBLE, cheaply made, and still very expensive execution of it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
