Great taste!
I purchased this night time tea every month, and I have it last thing at night before going off to bed. I find it has a great taste and it's very relaxing. It also has herbs, vitamins and minerals.It arrives every month and I get an email from amazon when the shipment is due. Very occasionally there's is a problem with availability, and on those very odd times I have to use a substitute. I notice the difference striaght away. Thankfully it doesn't often occur.As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm asleep all night.The tea is very calming and caffeine free which is very important when drinking before going off to bed. Its a little expensive but well worth the money. The packet is purple colour and has a simple design and logo. I've tried other night time drinks I find this is the best one for me. The flavour is very subtle and not other over powering. The ingredients are some natural ones blackcurrant, cinnamon, lavender flowers and cherry along with some other ones too. Try it for one month and you will love and you too will hooked like I am.

I generally hate herbal teas and have steered clear, but work stress and rubbish sleep, meant I got desperate and tried this and I am so glad I did! It tastes good, when I first drank it it was like weak fruit juice kinda, but not horrible. When I drink this it ensures I sleep properly rather than wake up during the night thus feeling exhausted when it's time to get up. Now purchased for the 4th time. My mum drinks it to and I gave a box to a friend who has said it's also helping her.This tea is now a permanent fixture in my life. Also the fact the price has gone down to £3.99 for two boxes is greatUpdate 8th sep 2020 - now one box with 14 tea bags for 3.99 wish it was 20 but still a must for us. Sent some to another friend and he has also said it is helping. For me this remains the only herbal tea I enjoy drinking.29th Sep 2020 - A part of our everyday. Ordered two more as me and mum are having one everyday, this will hold us until the subscribe and save order starts at the end of the month.

My opinion - one of the best herbal tea.
Vitabiotics TEA + Caffeine Free Herbal Tea with Magnesium Blackcurrant and Cherry Natural Flavour.Nice pack.Ingredients - Rooibos and Lemon balm leaves, Apple fruit pieces and Chamomile, Lavender, Passion flowers.Tastes great.I use it every day with honey or jam.There is no caffeine which is good for calming and if you have a high blood pressure.Only one negative thing - small pack with 14 Tea Bags.My opinion - one of the best herbal tea.

Really Really Like this Tea
This was my first herbal tea. It has a slightly bitter background taste (light) a bit like a certain fizzy soft drink that makes it very very refreshing when sipped. There is a fruity taste too. The mixture of the two make this a drink you want more of when you have emptied the cup. The only frustrating thing is you can't drink more of it in a day as it contains magnesium. Although I drink plenty, I do sometimes get very very thirsty (hormone problem). This is the only drink I have found relieves this.However the added vitamins are a bit limited.., vitamin c and magnesium. By its 'vitamin' label I thought there'd be more than just two in it. I can't say I noticed any drowsiness when I finished it, or later, I still had broken sleep but I did enjoy it! My 24 year old son says otherwise, magnesium always makes him sleep apparently.I am going to have to search for a tea that tastes the same without vitamins so I can drink it freely.

Good night sleep and reduces cramp
These t bags are great I used to get cramp regularly in the night and since drinking before bed time I have not hardly had any cramp , great taste too

Tastes lovely
Not had it long enough to say whether it effects sleep or not but its a very cosy, comforting night time drink. The flavour reminds me of the twinings sleep tea but not as overpowering.I recommend the tea even if it doesn't aid sleep to be honest, it's delicious
