A1 Tubular Drawing Unit

Firstly the very large box arrived without notice at our door. We only had just arrived home ! After unpacking we realised part of the assembly instructions were either missing or not supplied. It does NOT come partly assembled as the video on YouTube suggests. We tried to assemble and then had to take it apart four times with no success . The back section kept failing to fit. Eventually part of the board disintegrated due to us trying to move screws, the heads of which were soft, very poor quality. We gave up. My husband took some measurements of the parts and concluded the rear section had been supplied too big. The next day we phoned the manufacturer who informed us the part was definitely the wrong size ! No apologies only offer of supply of new correct sized part. Avoid this overpriced poor quality board.

You will not get a better one for this money. It is sturdy and all the black plastic thumbscrews have brass inserts. You can do good quality work on this board, which is quite thick and rigid. It doesn't sag in the middle like some cheaper ones do eventually.
