Bought these for my wife for our kayaking adventures, she loves them! I bought a pair of these last year, and they are by far the best water-kayak-creek show I have ever owned! First off, this tread pattern will grip on anything: wet grassy slopes, slippery rocks, slimy logs, wet muddy creek and river banks, you name it. Secondly, these soles do NOT have drain holes in them; this is a GOOD thing because every pair of water shows I have owned with drain holes would get sand, small gravel, or mud pushed up through the holes and under your feet. Then you have to take your shoes off periodically and clean them out during your outings. Thirdly, the open nylon mesh body of these drains quite readily, and also dries quickly. The inner sole also drains quickly, and is removeable to make drying quicker and easier at the end of your day.These are true to size: my wife wears a size 6 and I wear a size 10. Both fit us perfectly with just enough room to add a gel insert if we want to. They are very flexible and light, like wearing slippers. For kayaking in creeks and rivers where you need to get in and out of your yak often, or for hiking along wet creek and river banks, these are an amazing shoe. So glad to have found these, and the price makes them an even better find. One of our kayaking friends just ordered a pair of these as well. Trust me: you will not find a better pair of water shoes!

I loved everything about this shoes; good grips for land and river walking, light weight, lots of cushioning for my feet when hiking on land and it held my feet firmly enough. I used this for a water hike through a river, climbed some big rocks and some dirt hills; all applications were successful. Great shoes guys.

I bought 2 pairs of these for my 19 yr old twins because we were going to Zion to hike the Narrows and of course, they only had Vans! They both liked the look and the feel of the shoe (and believe me when I say they are super picky). We hiked 11 miles in the river (over 8 hours) and while there may have been a few complaints, they were not about their shoes! These were well worth the money. Super good if you are going to hike in some terrain that includes water. Great price too!

I’m usually a size 8 and ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfect. So comfortable especially the soles. They are great quality for the price. I bought two pairs and might buy more. I wear these hiking and to trek through water.

I spend a lot of time surface rock hunting in Rivers, beaches and in the mountains. These are perfect for my nature adventures. I bought two pair one for my husband and we both love them. He wore his this past weekend camping and walking in the river. He said they were very comfortable. I agree these are the best water shoes I have ever purchased. I’m not even getting a bonus for writing this lol I am buying a couple more pair because every time I find something I love it discontinues and I dislike trying to find an equivalent. I would like to add I read some reviews with people not being pleased that there shoes didn’t last long. I haven’t walked in their shoes but I will say that although these are made well they are probably only going to last a season if your hiking and traipsing through water holes. That holds true for probably 90% of the water shoes on the market so don’t listen to Karen or Richard I think you will love these.

We spend a lot of time walking in the South Platte river in CO. These shoes are perfect for that- excellent traction in the river and on the rocks, a thick sole to help protect your feet from the rocks, and great comfort. The only downside for me is that I don’t have enough ankle support, but my ankles are old like me (60s) so I don’t think it would be a problem for younger people. I highly recommend these over other river / water shoes I’ve owned mostly because of the thicker more flexible sole I also wear socks with them to help keep out small rocks. I’ve bought a second pair for me and a pair for my husband too.

I recently went tubing down the Battenkill River. It was very shallow and the river rock was extremely slippery, making it dangerous to even move, when walking was necessary. I ended up throwing away the water shoes I had worn and set out to find a pair that would help in slippery situations. I read reviews online that said these would work. I was confused by the sizing, because they did not have an 8, which is what I wear. I ordered the 7 1/2 and was pleasantly surprised not only that they fit perfectly, but that they were very comfortable and had bottoms that will definitely aid when walking on slippery river rock. They are substantial enough, to wear as sneakers with a double use when entering the water.

These easy slip on/off were exactly what I was looking for! They are very comfortable and perfect for taking my dogs to the pond/lake/ocean. I just got them so I haven't been able to test the durability, but comfort, fit, and convenience exceed expectations for the price! I'm usually a 7-7 1/2 U.S women's shoes size and I ordered the 7 (because I won't be wearing socks with them) and the fit is great!

I bought these last summer (2020) and stored them until this summer (2021).On first use one shoe fell apart and worse - it was on day one of a week-long canoe trip. These were only my dry campsite shoes, not the ones I used for harder-core portage and related activities. Glad we had emergency crazy glue. They've doubled in price since I bought them in 2020. Yes they're cool looking.

Light weight, easy to adjust to make looser or tighter. Very solid sole , would be good option for hiking or rocky beaches.Highly recommended.
