Perfect size
This is the perfect running bottle. After years of using a waist band bottle holder I moved to this hand held one and I love it so much. Convenient for drinking while running. Give the bottle a little squeeze and the water squirts right out! No sucking involved u like my sports pack. Enough room to store my keys and some Kleenex in the pouch, however phone doesn’t fit. The size is perfect for my 5-8km runs.

La mejor opción
Estas botellas de Nathan son sin duda lo mejor que he probado en cuanto a practicidad para hidratarme durante mis salidas a correr. Voy cuatro estrellas por que son caras y porque con el tiempo suelen crear moho en la goma del chupón, pero son durables y de altísima calidad.

Fatal, la boquilla que controla la salida del agua se rompió en el segundo uso.Update: Aún peor, la usé en mi medio maratón, como se rompió se salía toda el agua y aún con eso logró romperse más (nunca mordí la boquilla) pésimo producto lo peor que he comprado en amazon
