Nourishing Elixir

I am on my fourth bottle of this stuff. I had a baby and my metabolism slowed down. I thought I was doomed. I eat late at night so its inevitable that weight gain will happen with me. However, I hate to sound so lazy but since my baby I cant find the time to exercise, I still eat the same, if not worse because of the time factor. I take one of these pills 30 minutes before I eat and I gain nothing! I may pick up a pound and lose a pound sometimes but I have been consistent with my weight since April. It is now August. They work for me. I wont exaggerate and I am a terrible cheapskate. I have come to rely on these babies until my schedule changes.

So far it seems as though it's working my appetite seems to be better under control. Hoping I can lose a few pounds and order again but I won't order until I see if I have lost some pounds and I only need to lose 25 or 30 pounds.

I used it for 3 weeks now, and have lost 10 lbs I don't know if this is due to my being under the weather, but I'm going to continue using it for another month to see if it really works

Before buying - take a look at the hundreds of reviews that are all over the map on this product (not this brand necessarily), GC in general. Inconsistent results, poor performance, not proven to work in humans, - should be enough to say again, the only way to lose weight "eat less- move more" .

I have never given a one star review, until now. I used this as directed. And I watched my diet, exercised , but this product had no effect. In short, there is no short cut to weight loss. It is diet and exercise period. Save your money. Pass on this one.

Take everyday eat one neal a day in havent lost a pound

Didn't lose a pound. Took three times a day on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. So disappointed.
