I have several diffusers and have never had an issue with one like I have had with this product. Unless I am standing right over top of the diffuser, I cannot smell the essential oils. And even as I stand over top of it, the scent is still extremely weak. I even tried using twice as much oil as I usually do. I tried different oils to see if that would make a difference. But the same issue continued, even with Thieves oil, which is very potent! Yes, I'm using therapeutic grade, pure essential oils, as well as distilled water, so there should be no issue here. The oils actually appear to just be settled at the bottom of the diffuser by the ultrasonic plate (as seen in picture). It's very odd! Beautiful look, but poor functionality.

I love this diffuser! It is so large and has a really long run time, or shorter options, but I’ve just been running it until it is empty! It’s beautiful and so easy to use! I will probably buy a second for another room!

As this is my first time having an oil diffuser, I did not know what to expect. There are a few things that I noticed. One, when you set the timer it stays and shuts off automatically but the aroma of the essential oils seems to fade long before the timer stops. I love the constantly changing lights while it is on, but I was a bit concerned with the top because there is no latch to secure it, nor is there an easier way to lift the top without it seeming to slip from my hands. It's aesthetically pleasing which is why I made the purchase. It also automatically shuts off when the water runs out. Would I purchase it again? Based on looks, Yes! Functionality, No!

It works well and looks good!Pros: It looks very cute, the white and rose gold aesthetic is just what I was looking for. The Set up takes 2 minutes and I like that I can put whatever essential oil I want. This diffuser makes absolutely no noise which is great because I use it at night. I use it every night and I refilled it with water and essential oil every other night.Cons: it just doesn't make my bedroom smell as good as I had imagined. It needs more essential oils than it says on the manual. I can't help but to compare it to candles, I think candles diffuse smell a lot more than a diffuser like this.Pro Tip: Clean it with a sponge every week to avoid dirt build-up in the diffuser. The dirt can be detrimental to our health since we breathe in the steam from the diffuser.

I’ve bought diffusers in the past that always break on me but this is top quality! Works perfect with some water and a few drops of my favorite oils and it makes my entire apartment smell like a spa!

This was a replacement for a smaller diffuser that I had, which worked GREAT but fell off my counter and broke. :( I decided to "upgrade", both in style and size, with this beauty.My first day plugging it in was very disappointing. I could barely smell anything in the air unless I was sitting right next to the device. It also seemed that the air was going straight up and back down rather than "diffusing" through the room. I hopped on Amazon to return it. It's Day Two. I doubled the amount of essential oils I would normally use. So far, it seems to be working better. However, I used tea tree oil + lemongrass, which are pretty strong scents anyways. I will alter to something else this evening before making the ultimate decision on returning or not.

This diffuser so far is really great. It holds a ton of water and runs for a very long time. It also has timers if you want it to only run for a shorter time or you can just let it run and it will auto shut off when the water is gone. It's very quiet, which is great. I don't even hear it at all. I only wish that the instructions said how many drops of oil you should add to the unit when full or when half full etc. Also, the instructions keep mentioning a measuring cup that is not included. I think it's supposed to say included. Other than that, it's a great unit!

This diffuser has been one of my favorite items I purchased during the COVID Shelter in place. I was in search of a diffuser for Eucalyptus Oils, which would keep my house smelling clean and would aid in helping my kids to fall asleep. The diffuser is very quiet and the parade of soft lights helps to soften the mood of the day. The diffuser sprays a soft mist so be careful not to place on sensitive furniture without protecting the furniture. I placed a reading book on my nightstand and its lights out.
