Its value for money. Quality seems to be ok ok. Used for couple of weeks till now no issues. For the price it is good product.

When i got the product i thought it was defective cause i couldn't fit the steel pipe into the wheels, after a lot of effort i managed to insert it(Can't say i didn't get any gains while inserting it lol). then i had to roll it a lot to make it usable. Now it's working fine after all that. Quality is not that bad.

soon i bought this item the rollers are well fitted and while excercising iit works perfectly grip and balanced , i would recomend this product to othere customers to buy it instead going to gym. i lost 1 kg belly fat in 2 weeks !!! . and delivery of the product was also good . one thing i need to add if some manual excersie tiups are given alogwith it would be more undestandable.

The quality of the roller is amazing. Great for workout for both men and women. They have even provided a mat with it to support the knees and thats the best part. The rollers support can be adjusted. Its smooth and and the grips are perfect.

Simple and effective to use. Quality is decent at Rs219/- . Best for abdominal exercises.
