Works well after forming to fit the mouth for protection. Good value for price. The shape is off so you have to boil it in water and shape it to your mouth. It is decent thickness and comfort is average. It's easy enough to use after getting it shaped. Sometimes it takes a bit to get the shape. It is uncomfortable until you get it the shape of your mouth
