The lifespan of this bulb is only 50 hours!
When I bought this bulb, nowhere in the details or specifications of the product was there a mention of the lifespan of the bulb. Now that I have been kindly informed by the seller, I am aware of this. Amazon needs to give more details of the specifications of each product.

I was using a 50+ year old slide projector when the bulb died. Searching on the internet this bulb was recommended. It arrived the next day, and I was back in business. As a bonus, the new bulb was noticeably brighter than the 50 year old one.
