it provides a great fit on both valve types
I selected this pump after hearing horror stories about the combo Presta-Shrader single head pumps. With it's separate heads, it provides a great fit on both valve types. Unlike most floor pumps at this price, the pressure gauge is very accurate (withing 1 lbs of my electronic pressure gauge). All of this adds up to a pump well worth its price. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The pump only has one pressure setting. Perfect for pumping items up to 70 PSI, but a hell of a workout for anything higher. It's not that it won't pump well past 100 PSI, it is just that it starts to require your full body weight to do so. But the bigger issue is the pump releasing air upon release from Presta Valves. The head sets very easily creating an air-tight seal, but ones the latch is undone, air rushes out while you scramble to pull the thing off. To get my road tires to 100 PSI, I have to pump them up to 110 PSI (The limit for my tires) before removing the valve and watching it drop 10 PSI or more (The best I've been able to achieve is 99 PSI). This is not a deal breaker by any means, but it you are looking to run your tires near max PSI, you might want to consider a more expensive pump.

Best floor pump yet
This is the best floor pump I've ever owned. Here are the best features:- The chuck seals tightly to the valve, and the two-headed design with Schrader and Presta fittings is convenient.- The grip is comfortable and the longer body on the pump makes it possible for me to operate without stooping over. (I'm about 5' 10")- The pressure gauge is high on the body of the pump, making it easier to read, but the digits could still be slightly larger. Note that the gauge ships turned to the side, but you can loosen the clamp screw and rotate it where you want. The gauge is accurate to +/- 1 pound, according to my separately purchased, fancy and overpriced dial gauge.- Seems to deliver good volume. I mostly use it on truck and car tires and it doesn't take too many pumps to add a few pounds.- Because the hose is positioned high on the pump, it can easily reach valves at the top or bottom of a car tire. Here are the less wonderful features:- The folding feet are silly, and it would be more stable if they were fixed. There's hardly any advantage to saving a few inches of width at the bottom of the pump.- There is a small bump out at the bottom of the pump where the hose connects. It would be more stable if this stuck out more as a third foot, even an inch more would be a help.

The new pump definitely does the job nicely. The quality is good
The new pump definitely does the job nicely. The quality is good. But as others have noted, the large diameter piston inside the body means it will take lots of force to get the indicated pressure up to the higher PSI ratings. I am 172 pounds, and it takes most of my body weight on the handles to get up to 100 PSI indicated on the gauge.PROS - -Good quality in manufacture. Ergonomically designed handles allows a firm grip when pumping. Large diameter gauge is easy to read. Large diameter piston in the body moves a lot of air with each pump, so tires fill quickly. Overall light weight. Fitting seals well on the presta valve stem; I have not yet tried a Schrader valve.CONS - -It takes a strong person to get above the 100 PSI indication on the gauge. The fill hose could be a little bit longer. Wish it was made in the US.OVERALL - -Yes I would recommend this pump to other bike enthusiasts.

Very Happy.
This is a very nice piece of equipment WHEN USED AS INTENDED. It is a LOW PRESSURE, HIGH VOLUME PUMP. If you need a High Pressure pump, I suggest Topeak, or Lezyne, which I have and use for my road bike. I would say that based on the comments, they should have just left off the Presta adaptor, because most of those applications are high pressure anyway. Yes, it's too bad that one pump won't do it all, but blame it on Physics.I use this pump to top up my Motorcycle and Car tires. This way, I don't have to fire up my Air Compressor every time I need 3-4 pounds of air. It's not perfect, but it's pretty quick and very convenient. I can throw it in the trunk and take it on trips because we all hate paying 50 cents at some crummy gas station to use their air hose for 10 minutes. There are all kinds of pumps out there, you have to select the correct one for your purpose.P.S. Don't overlook the ball needle and the raft/mattress adaptor in the handle! These are more indicative of this pump's true purpose.

Great product with great customer service!
Pump is light weight and built well. I just wish the latch on it worked backwards. You have to raise the latch in order for it to lock in place. This requires two hands most of the time where pulling it down would require less effort. They are mostly made that way now. I don't know the reasoning behind it. All in all it's a great pump, very accurate and compact compared to the Parks pump I'm replacing.02/08/18 This is an update on the pump. I took the pump over to my brother in law's to check my niece's bikes and the gauge started acting up. I contacted BOG Friday afternoon about it, and by Saturday morning I received an email that a replacement part was on the way. The pump itself was fine, but the gauge was not moving. I do a lot of riding and for my road bike I like to know my pressure. Thanks again to BOG, and to Alex, who emailed me back so quickly and resolved my problem. I'm glad to see that they work so hard to back up their products.

Every bit the value leader of floor pumps, sort of like a Hyundai
This floor pump is an amazing value for the price. I had absolutely no problem pumping my Schwalbe MTB tires up to 40 lbs pressure whereas my old Schwinn pump made the job an aerobic exercise. This pump puts out considerably more air pressure than my old Schwinn. Note, however, I have no experience using the pump for high-pressure road bike tires; the manufacturer discourages the use of this pump for road bike applications. Further, the gauge is easy to read, and more accurate. One thing tho, the fold-up pedestal, convenient as it is, means the pump is more likely to tip over in your closet, since it is resting on a smaller base. I found it easier to attach a nylon cable tie to the base of the pump, and hang it upside down from a closet bar hook. The fold-up pedestal actually facilitates hanging the pump in the closet and the pump is out of the way.
